Sunnybrook Cottage

A beautiful stone terraced cottage with private parking for two cars in the popular rural village of Low Bentham. Ideally situated on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales, Forest of Bowland and within easy reach of the Lakes. The cottage is full of character and in the perfect location for walkers, cyclists/motorcyclists, or those simply wishing to relax in a peaceful countryside setting. Guests have private use of the whole cottage, divorced front garden and patio, secure garage and parking area.

Our cosy cottage sits in the heart of historic Kirkby Lonsdale, and has recently been completely refurbished to meet all your needs for a luxury vacation away in the beautiful surroundings of the Lune Valley. The charming town centre with its wide range of boutique shops, bars and restaurants is within 100 yards . Close by are picturesque strolls along the river, and walks into the hills are literally just up the road. A great base for the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales .

The cottage is in the small village of Gressingham in the beautiful Lune valley and Forest of Bowland AONB. There is easy access to both the Lakes and Yorkshire Dales national parks. In addition the attractions of Kirkby Lonsdale, the historical city of Lancaster and RSPB reserve at Leighton Moss are only 15-20 minutes away. Gressingham is a small, picturesque village and makes the perfect location for walkers, cyclists and those wanting a country break.

A welcoming cottage with an open plan living space including a wood burning stove and a fully fitted kitchen with integrated appliances. Well furnished bedrooms include a Large double bedroom, a lovely modern bathroom as well as a second shower room and dressing room.

Our cottage is cosy and tastefully decorated. It is centrally located on Ingleton Main Street within walking distance of pubs and amenities. We have: - 3 lovely bedrooms (2 en-suite) - Lounge with TV and Firestick - Kitchen Diner (seats 6-8) - Outdoor terrace with seating and 6 person hot tub and views to the river and surrounding countryside - Property has WiFi Bed linen, towels and shampoo and hairdryers provided.
