A charming dog friendly Yorkshire Dales cottage with simply stunning 360° views, its own enclosed garden, parking, separate access and superb walks right from the cottage door. A lounge with log stove, dining room with table football, air hockey and various board games, 2 bedrooms (both ensuite) and a fully resourced kitchen including dishwasher. The cottage is in the small village of Gressingham in the beautiful Lune valley and Forest of Bowland AONB. There is easy access to both the Lakes and Yorkshire Dales national parks. In addition the attractions of Kirkby Lonsdale, the historical city of Lancaster and RSPB reserve at Leighton Moss are only 15-20 minutes away. Gressingham is a small, picturesque village and makes the perfect location for walkers, cyclists and those wanting a country break.
