We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Deck, Docks, and Flip Flops. The home is gorgeous and bright with wide open views of the lake. The property has beautiful flowering trees all around too. All our guests had plenty of space to relax and enjoy their time. The bedrooms are so comfortable and everyone who stayed with us said they slept great like they were home. This made the stay more enjoyable as we were all well-rested! And I didn’t realize how large and plush the bunk beds were until we saw them in person! I was most impressed with the fully decked out kitchen: we had every utensil and appliance we needed to cook dinners and breakfasts for our stay. Not only that, but the appliances are high quality, like the Ninja blender with multiple attachments and settings. Great for making piña coladas! And the large ice maker in the basement meant we never ran out of ice for drinks! We felt well taken care of with all the amenities and accessories the house comes with. Really all you need to

Neat setup for trying out a rather expansive version of a tiny home. Easy parking in a lot and a short ~50' walk to your front door, mostly private. If over 6'2", may need to duck in the kitchen, but you should be used to that. Train horn noise is from about 1/4mi away, so if a light sleeper use ear plugs or the white noise Alexa option. If you dig tea, highly recommend the 3x Piper and Leaf locations in the area. Usuallt 3 iced tea samples at the ready, and a ton of teas, pre-brewed and heated or over in almost no time at all, and to any level me of sweetness. Sam & Greg's pizza is pretty good, & they can do a pizza salad (toppings and greens), which actually comes in a pizza box (fun for the novelty, not so fun for storing overnight). DJ's Pizza is closer of the in hunger is immenet. Make sure to checkout the walkable canals at Big Sping park downtown, and the fancy ice cream delicacies of Big Spoon Creamery. One of the best ice cream sandwiches ever, with thin cookie wafers.

10/10, the place looked even better than the photos. Adorable little getaway. The balcony off our bedroom had an amazing view. Outdoor area was so cutie and peaceful. Beautiful place and the hiking trails were an added bonus!

It was wonderful to have this nice home while ours was being repaired. Our family of pets were welcome and we were all very comfortable. A great property and a super landlady!

Debbie's camper was perfect when we needed a place to stay to break up a long road trip with our four kids. It was super clean and the beds were all made up and ready for us when we got in late. The view over the lake was so pretty in the morning, even despite the rain! I hope if we travel through the area again we can come back and see the sunrise next time!

Deanna has been such a wonderful host and ET has been a dream stay for us. We absolutely love it!

Very responsive and friendly. If ever I'm that Huntsville area would definitely recommend. Centrally located to everything we wanted to do.

Staying here was a way more pleasant experience for our family then getting rooms at hotels and the cost was comparable. the accommodations were very comfortable with varying options that supported collective relaxation or socializing. Everything felt like home including the large comfortable couches that made daytime napping a snap! Would definitely book again!
