Abbey View Cottage

Abbey view is a hidden gem, situated on Bagdale. The cottage is a short walking distance from the centre of Whitby with restaurants, cafes and pubs on hand. The cottage itself is split over three levels and as per the namesake, the property boasts views of the Abbey from the lounge balcony. The bi-fold doors lead to the balcony which is perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening drinks. Although recently renovated, Abbey View retains its original charm with beautiful furnishings throughout.

There are miles of amazing beaches and coastal paths to wander along and plenty of cafes and bars to quench your thirst in. The self-contained apartment is spacious and well-equipped containing a bathroom, comfortable double bedroom and lounge/diner including a sofa-bed with large bay window with Abbey views. Accessed up one flight of stairs.

Beautifully converted, airy hideaway near Whitby

Sleights village is a gem of a village just on the outskirts of Whitby and at the foothills of the North York Moors. For those who enjoy a stroll, Whitby is an hours walk away. You will stay in a airy bright and beautifully converted self contained studio which has its own entrance and is part of a large Victorian Villa. Guests will enjoy the privacy of the Hideaway with their own outside area. They can relax on the luxury Simba mattress that promises a good nights rest after a busy day.

Our Garden Cottage, just 3 miles from Whitby, looks out over the Esk Valley, south to the North Yorkshire. Moors. People tell us that it is one of the very best views in Yorkshire - no really! You can see the North Yorkshire Steam Railway from the comfort of your cottage, which has stunning views over our garden and rolling fields. Its peaceful and quiet with big skies, in our own private grounds, fully equipped, with parking, just perfect for a cosy and relaxing weekend or longer.

Our first floor apartment has a prime location in the centre of town with Whitby Harbour, pier and beach all within short walking distance and the master bedroom offering fantastic views over the Abbey and St. Mary's Church. The location provides a real taste of Whitby- nestled amongst the idyllic streets and alleyways filled with great restaurants and quaint shops yet remaining a peaceful and quiet haven to wind down after a busy day of taking in the sights (and smells) of Whitby.
