This was an amazing “boys’ weekend” with my son. This house was amazing. It had everything that you want in an Airbnb and more. The bathrooms were amazing, especially the toilets. Ian is the best Airbnb host we have ever had. He was responsive, considerate, and extremely helpful. Thanks to him, my son and I had the best weekend we have ever had together! The next time we are in Helen with my wife and daughter, we will definitely be staying here again.

Great location in a gated area. Patio space was perfect for those cool nights. Second bedroom was on the basement level with its own couch and TV so was perfect for two couples to have their space when needed. Very clean and had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. Easy few minutes drive into town.

We were so pleased with our decision to book this home especially after being in downtown Helen and seeing the hotels we considered. It is close to town but in a quiet neighborhood— peaceful and great area to walk the dog. The home is spacious- very comfortable living area and large bedrooms. The 2 baths were perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed including 3 different coffee makers and popcorn! A very nice touch. There were plenty of blankets and throws for the cold weather and we loved the fireplace! So cozy! Maklen was super responsive and friendly, much more so than some of the other places I’ve stayed. We highly recommend Maklen and their home.

Ashley was a great host. The place was very accommodating four our group of 6. It is close to the town center in a very quiet and walkable neighborhood. The entertainment room was very entertaining and the hot tub was very relaxing. Highly recommend staying at this house. Great value for all that you get.

I booked the cabin to celebrate my 25th Bday , and it was an unforgettable experience. Nestled in nature, the cabin offered a peaceful retreat that was exactly what I needed. The host was incredibly nice and responsive, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. One of the highlights of our stay was the charming cardinal that visited us every morning. As we are from Florida, we particularly enjoyed the cozy fireplace. It provided warmth and comfort during the chilly evenings, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a fantastic time in this beautiful setting, surrounded by nature's tranquility. I highly recommend this cabin for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway! You should also check out Helen nearby! A little magical Christmas place! You’re going to love it!

Would highly recommend - we had a great week taking in all that Helen had to offer. The cabin was very clean and well kept. The golf course was beautiful - rent a golf cart and enjoy nature! We reached out to Darren regarding an issue with a locked door - he quickly responded and the issue was resolved. Darren provided us with several recommendations of restaurants in the area and expressed that he really wanted us to enjoy our stay! So if you are looking for a great place to stay in Helen, Georgia this is the place!!

We loved staying at this cabin!! We got lucky and was able to see snow! The location was perfect, and the driveway was perfectly fine for a small car! The back porch was our favorite, we got to watch deer in the evenings!

Fabulous place near Yonah Mountain. Easy to find, quiet area. Comfortable beds and kept us nice and warm for a chilly Thanksgiving. Everything an Airbnb should be. Thanks!

My family and I spent Christmas at this cabin and it was beyond our expectations. It was able to comfortably fit all 20 of us. The kitchen is a great open space as well as the common area, we were able to all enjoy Christmas dinner at the long table as well. The fire pit was a great hit we love it!! The host was very responsive and super nice!! I Would point out that the 7th bed is in the main living area and it a pull out it’s not an actual room and if you plan to work remotely there’s no dedicated desk or quite space. There’s also not a lot of hot water available for each person to shower around the same time. Location was great, I can’t say it enough, we have an amazing time.

A great place for a relaxing, private, and serene getaway. The home was beautifully decorated for Christmas which added a nice touch. There was plenty of space inside and on the balconies to relax and enjoy the views. Another plus was the proximity to town. The only consideration one should have is if there are mobility issues or young children, be aware of stairs as the home essentially has three floors. Outside of that, 10/10.

Great place to stay. It’s only 15 minutes from the town of Dahlonega, 3 minutes from a dollar general and 5 minutes to the Chestatee zoo. We brought three kids with us and this was the perfect place to stay. It is super kid friendly. They have a back yard that the kids can play in and they also had games to play inside. We came across a perfect gem too, which was the gift shop/ ice cream place called Tomato House Farms basically across the road from this air bnb. Great place to stay and will definitely keep it in mind for the future.

Went on our annual family trip to Helen. Location was only 10 mins away to Helen. Location was in a quite and beautiful neighborhood that gave you being in the mountains feel. The place was dog friendly and my dog enjoyed the large backyard that was fully fenced. The place was rustic cabin charm and everything was very clean. Perfect for 4 guest. Bonus game room was a plus. We will definitely come back and book again for our annual trip.

Our group ranged in age from 18 months to 67 yrs. We rented both houses on the property. The larger house was accomodating for all ages. It is a single story house with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Nicely decorated and comfortable. Our favorite inside room was the kitchen because it was spacious and was central to both the fireplace room and to the larger living room/dining room. Great layout for a larger group. The covered deck/hot tub area is amazing. Great hangout area. It was cold during our visit, but the outdoor heaters, fireplace and optional deck screens used to contain the heat made this outdoor area popular during the day and evenings. The property has a large fenced in yard which is great for containing kids. We enjoyed the beautiful 15 minute walk along the creek that took us to the main intersection of shops. On one of our walks we discovered the Alpine slot cars. Owners were super friendly and we had a blast racing the cars.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage! The views were so beautiful and although there were homes close around, the grounds were nice and quiet. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back to visit again!!!

John's place was really great. It was convenient to downtown and the Unicoi Park Trailhead. It was within walking distance yet very quiet. It was the perfect get-away spot. Everything was just as described in the description and everything was in good working order. Games were set up outside and firewood was provided for a small outside fire. Chairs were available to sit outside and look out over the town, which we really enjoyed. Coffee is not provided (we did leave some K-Cups for the next person) but Walmart or Walgreens delivery is available if you don't want to get out after arrival. We will definitely stay here again if in the area.

We had to book a stay near Helen/Cleveland at the last minute and, although I initially wanted a spot in those areas, everything that met our needs was unavailable. We chose Yaneth’s place even though it wasn’t directly in Helen/Cleveland—and it turned out to be the perfect choice. The location was close to both Helen/Cleveland and the wineries we wanted to visit. Best of all: the listing photos didn’t do this place justice! I had packed almost everything we’d need for six nights, thinking the kitchen lacked essentials, but it was one of the best-equipped kitchens of any Airbnb we’ve stayed at. The whole property (kitchen, bed, bath, dining, living, huge backyard) exceeded our expectations—spotless, cozy, and far better than the photos suggested. Yaneth was a great host. Very kind and professional. Highly recommend Yaneth’s home if you are visiting Helen or even Dahlonega !

Great house nestled in a beautiful location. Everything was positive, but one thing about the place is the drive up and down the mountain. We ended up renting a van for the evening, after getting a recommendation from Charles. Driving down would have been no problem but after a few drinks, dinner and it being dark upon our return, we all felt it safer to hire someone that was used to this drive. The house was very well set up & we loved that there was a bathroom on each level. With 11 women that was a must. Charles responded to all of our questions in a timely manner. One thing that bothered some of the other guests was the absence of hand towels & wash cloths. We were told they stopped providing them due to hygenic reasons. So, bring one of each along. Just a word of caution on the landing at the bottom of the steps to the basement...the tiles are very slick. Bodensee - Good German food. Alpine Brew & Deck - good wings & Karoke. Arrive early for a good seat.

We rented this house for a relaxing bachelorette weekend in the mountains and it was perfect! Plenty of space for everyone and so close to everything in Helen! The house was clean and Marvin was very responsive. We loved having access to the hot tub! The driveway is STEEP and a little awkward to get into if you’re in a big vehicle. Overall, a great place to stay in a safe, gated community that is close to everything you need!

My family and I had a wonderful time. Once we walked into the cottage we stayed put and relaxed. The little touches of Christmas was perfect.

We loved our stay, didnt want to leave. The wildlife was great, deer in the yard. Mountain views were beautiful. It felt like home very comfortable with lots of space. The area has lots to do for all ages. There are indoor and outdoor places to enjoy. The host were very friendly and helpful. We will definately be staying again.
