Sunset Beach Cottage

Completely remodeled three bedroom two bath home steps from the sand in Sunset Beach! This brand new rehab comes completely furnished with state of the art appliances, flat-screen tv’s and a washer/dryer. Sleeping accommodations include a king bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in second bedroom, a trundle bed in the third bedroom and convertible couch in the living room. All rooms have blinds and portable heater’s and fans. This amazing rental will comfortably sleep six adults and two kids.

Orchard House Retreat

(Feb 2025- The Topanga village and homes were spared from the Palisades fire) Welcome to Orchard House Retreat! This 700 sqft private house is in an ancient oak forest in Topanga Canyon near Topanga State Park, the village and the beach! It’s a charming 1 bedroom 1 bath with a cozy living/dining space, modern kitchen and a deck. There’s a well stocked kitchen and orchard. Please note there are two sets of stairs up to the Retreat so being able to climb stairs is necessary. Please see photos.

Sunny 2-Bedroom Garden Cottage With Hot Tub

Nestled high up in the sandstone peaks of Topanga, the cottage is a welcome retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. Built in the 1940's, the cottage has been lovingly renovated and cared for over the years. Situated in an oak grove, adjacent to the state park, and surrounded by a native plant garden, the cottage is the perfect place to unwind and listen to the birds (and wild peacocks) sing. Enjoy the hot tub, dine al fresco, beach, hike and make a cozy fire. Welcome to Topanga!

The Captain's Cottage on 3rd.

Welcome to "The Captains Cottage" in the charming Alamitos Beach neighborhood. This 100 year old duplex cottage is walking distance to many fun shops and eateries. 5 minutes on foot to Bixby Park overlooking the Pacific Ocean. This cottage has a private rear patio space to relax after a day of shopping or beach time. Kitchen is equipped to prepare meals if you wish. But there are many dining options within walking distance. This home is not wheelchair accessible. No pets and no smoking.

Studio Cottage

This is a small Studio cottage at the rear of my home. It's craftsmanesk in style with a partially open ceiling and a skylight. It's perfect for a couple or single person. There is a swimming pool but it's not heated, fine for swimming June to Oct depending on the weather, unless you are a polar bear. It's a 5 min walk to the MetroGold Line and a 10 min walk to new restaurants on Figueroa St. I have a fairly extensive cactus / succulent garden.

Peace and serenity in the city.
