This was the perfect addition to my wedding weekend! Julie made it extra special with a welcome sign and bottle of champagne to great my guests and I! The place is absolutely stunning, so warm, cozy and just what we needed for a wedding stay with the bridal party. It surpassed my expectations and Julie and her partner were wonderful - we even had a tour and learned some history on the place. Can’t wait to come back !

La vue sur la rivière des Outaouais est magnifique! Nous avons passé un agréable week-end dans votre maison. Je la recommande!

What a Rad experience at Scott’s Air Bnb! Such a cool out of the norm stay. Lots of little details within the gamers theme and we had so much to do without even leaving the Airbnb. We absolutely loved it!

Great place! 4 adults, 3 children. We skied at Camp Fortune 3 days and visited a museum on the fourth. Pictures describe the place very well. Kids played in the huge backyard. We also went for a 2 hour walk on a trail nearby. It’s a house with character, and can be a bit draughty in some places, and also is unevenly heated. That was our only issue. Nice showers and bathrooms. Comfy beds. Good lighting. Kitchen is well-stocked and spacious. Mud room large and convenient. We would definitely return. Thank you!

We had a wonderful new years trip staying at this place with multiple families and young children. The property was enormous with lots of space to play in the snow, and the inside was clean and spacious. Kendra was very kind and helped us out with early check-in and late check out, and was quick to help us arrange a solution when we left things behind. We would highly recommend Calabogie House!

Thank you for sharing your lovely, well appointed, character home with us Renee! Our stay over the long weekend was everything we had hoped for. We had a busy time with two family events and really enjoyed returning to the house to relax and enjoy your amazing back yard. It is truly a peaceful oasis! The children loved the pool and the adults all welcomed the evening hot tub. The flower gardens and pots are stunning. Thanks also for the lovely welcome gifts. We were very spoiled! This was one of the best cottages / Lake house we have ever stayed at. Very large. Clean and modern. The host left us small Christmas / new year gifts for the children. Great special touch. Very responsive and accommodating and inviting. Very high end and well stocked kitchen. Great for our large group. We had no issues of any kind. We had a great few days and will definitely be back at some point soon.

We had such a wonderful time at this cottage! The setting is peaceful and private. The large deck supplied with paddle board/kayaks, the dock, and the fire pit were highlights. We had lots of fun swimming and paddling around the lake, which was clear and quiet. The cottage is more on the rustic side, but is as shown in the photos. Would absolutely love to stay here again!! The hosts provided very clear instructions on check-in and check-out, and were quick to respond to messages.

Sacha's property is modern, well furnished and equipped. You are surrounded by windows on the ground floor that place you comfortably in a woods setting. The rooftop terrace offers an excellent view over the Gatineau River. Sauna was a bonus and it functioned perfectly. The propane fuelled fireplace was as realistic as any we have seen. We will consider a return visit later in the year. Sacha's place afforded a peaceful, quiet escape from city living.

Very serene, private location with a fabulous deck to immerse yourself in nature. The leaves were very colorful, and we saw a family of 4 deer in the front yard! What an experience! The cottage is a beautifully restored farm house with updated conveniences as well as some personalized rustic touches, for example the sink in the bathroom is magnificent, and the dining table is huge and hand crafted so food could be served at one end and our pre schooler could work on puzzles at the other end. We enjoyed several campfires where our grandson roasted marshmallows for the first time. The cottage was well decorated and furnished, and very comfortable, especially for a multi generation family; it was even equipped with "fairy lights" in an upstairs bedroom. We had such a great time enjoying new adventures every day. Thank you Victoria for sharing your lovely rural property. We definitely plan on returning next year. Rita's place was excellent - extremely comfortable for our group of six people, with lots of space and great accommodations. Everything needed was available, and Rita herself was a great communicator, providing clear instructions and answering all our questions. Her place is also absolutely beautiful - we would love to come back!

Natasha’s place was beautiful! Lots of sleeping arrangements to accommodate a lot of people. Beautiful pond with boats available. The game room was awesome as well. Would highly recommend

This was my third time staying at this air bnb. It’s beautiful and the neighbourhood is lovely. We go to the Nordik spa and it’s a nice quick drive. There’s a cute cafe not far we had breakfast at. I highly recommend this air bnb.

Rox nous a offert un service 5 étoiles ! Elle nous a accompagné a chaque étape et elle a veillé à ce que tout se passe bien pour nous :) Ce fut un super séjour en famille entouré de paysages verdoyants. Nous avons particulièrement aimé utiliser les barques et le paddle board, mais également le fire pit et les jeux de société pour grand et petits. Les pièces étaient toutes propres et les draps sentaient bons le propre ! Nous recommandons cette maison à 100%

Notre séjour dans ce logement était calme et reposant. Tout le nécessaire était à disposition pour faire la cuisine. Les fauteuils et les lits étaient confortables. Sheila nous a communiqué toutes les informations en temps voulu.

We had a wonderful reunion with 6 ladies. Hennie’s place was perfect as nobody had to share a bed! Very well equipped kitchen. We had a power outage - very windy and stormy - and family members were very attentive and brought us candles and flashlights. Would

Our 4 party group had an amazing getaway at this charming cottage. The space was super cosy, with a central open space and large windows that offered direct views of the lake— so wonderful to wake up to. We also enjoyed the book collection and interesting art. Just a quick tip for future guests: if you're visiting in winter, make sure you have a 4WD vehicle—the last slope can be quite steep. Despite the host living on the first level, it felt super intimate. We were grateful for his quick responses and consideration of our requirements throughout our stay. All in all, we had an incredible time at this chalet and would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat! Thanks Karl

The girls had a wonderful stay at the North Sky Retreat. Julie was very helpful and her house was just perfect for four people to stay, each with their own bedroom. The house was exceptionally well stocked with supplies, linen, towels and those extras you may need. Julie accommodated the dog that accompanied on this trip as well. The fresh eggs were a bonus and the free range chickens were fun to watch. The grounds were lovely and the walking path was a perfect was to take in the nature around the house. Hopefully this stay will become a tradition! Thank you!

Jane’s cabin was perfect for our family getaway! We enjoyed the view of the water and taking long dog walks in the bush. Sitting in front of the log fire with my coffee was my favourite thing. Jane was very responsive and helpful letting us check in early. We highly recommend Jane’s cabin. We had a fabulous stay.

My husband and I spent the most peaceful three nights at Nancy's beautiful property. A highlight for us was a day spent barbequing, playing games, and storm watching from the enclosed lower level of the boathouse. The home is so cozy. Throw blankets are scattered throughout, and there are many places to curl up with a glass of wine and a book. The Wi-Fi signal worked seamlessly while we were there. There is excellent water pressure and plenty of very hot water. The ovens definitely perform better than ours at home. Be sure to keep an eye on your baking and don't burn your croissants like I did—twice! Le Nordik is conveniently located a short drive away for massages and hot tubbing. We just loved everything about our stay and look forward to returning.
