Salcombe 2 Bed House with Parking town 5 min walk

Just a 5 minute downhill walk into town centre, the recently built property, accommodates up to 4 people. Parking for 1 car or 2 on request. It’s a lovely 2 bed house, very well equipped & completed to a high standard. It has contemporary open plan living & 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom is king size. The other is open plan onto the landing with 2 singles, ideal for children & teenagers. Short breaks of 2 nights available but 7 nights required 19.7 - 30.8.25. Any questions, please just ask me. NO PETS

2 bed house in idyllic coastal village with amazing views of this spectacular tidal & hillside setting. Ideally weekly bookings in the summer. Gorgeous seaside location with a river running between Noss from Newton with cliff paths and beaches galore. Local pubs, village shops and plenty of water to adventures on or countryside to walk.Set in a quiet location with breath taking views. House is not on waterside but up the hill.
