We have stayed here before and returned because the first stay was so comfortable and accommodating. Pam and Lance are terrific in their communication and responsiveness. We enjoyed staying at the Ardath House. The back yard is huge and a great place for gathering. The upstairs loft is cute. We traveled with a toddler so we were really glad to have a gate available to block the stairs plus a high chair. We had a good time visiting family and appreciated the private space to rest at the end of each day.

We were only in town for a few days, we were very comfortable and enjoyed the house. Very clean, had everything we needed, nice big fenced back yard our 2 dogs enjoyed. My husband was very pleased that local tv channels were available. Plenty of room for family to come over and visit. Loved the sofa recliner. Very nice bathrooms. Nice quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend this place to others and will stay here again. Definitely worth the money.

Libby and her husband were very kind and helpful. They even fixed a little Thanksgiving basket for us with themed plates and napkins. Checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed but were not overly intrusive. The place is super cute and the nostalgic decor was lovely.

What a great stay at Brandon and Christian’s cozy home in Wichita Falls! Loved the open design for hangs with friends in the evening. Slept our group of 7 adults with an air mattress set-up in the game room. Thank you!

We came to Wichita Falls for a wedding shower and loved our stay in this house. The beds were very comfortable and we had all the space we needed. The space was much larger than the pictures showed it to be. There was space for 6 people to sit in the living room and around the dining room table as well. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our breakfasts. Our host, Amanda, checked in with us to see if we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again.

Scott’s listing was the perfect place to stay for a last minute trip due to family issues. At first, my maps kept taking me behind the building and Scott was very kind and helpful over the phone and made sure I found the location and made it safely inside. The apartments are behind a coded gate, which helped me feel secure and safe in the area. The home was beautiful and clean with no clutter. The beds were comfy, shower was amazing, had hot water and great water pressure. I was also very thankful for the flexibility and accommodations to being unsure of how long I would be staying and giving me an extended check out time. I enjoyed my stay very much and wish time hadn’t flown by so fast.

The Cottage was wonderful and comfortable. The little touches and decor helped us feel right at home. Ann went out of her way to help us feel welcomed, even going so far as to leave toys for our kiddos and flowers for us. Jump on the spot! You won't be disappointed!
