Grace Hill Grain Bin-A Unique Cabin by the Pond

We are looking forward to your visit at the Grace Hill Grain Bin. This distinctive spot is perfect for a weekend getaway or for an entire week stay. The unique, custom-built house was constructed in 1988 from a 45' grain bin by my father. The house has a large pond, perfect for sunset views. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Enjoy smores at the fire pit, and watching the sunset from the porch swing.

The Konza Cabin was featured on the FYI Network series, "You Can't Turn That Into A House", 2 grain bins were made into a unique space, with glass walls connecting the grain bins - feeling one with nature.

Sinclair Filling Station, This started as a stabilization project and turned into a modern space with that classic road side design. The iconic Americana spirit of the 1930s -1950s is calling so check out this unique “Route 66-style of lodging. The structure has been thoughtfully restored and converted into a unique living space, featuring a bedroom, bathroom, and living room, near 450 square feet.
