Truly wonderful stay - my parents and daughter travelled from Australia to spend Christmas with me and we decided to go to the Cotswolds (along with my dog). I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Tracey’s home had everything we needed, set amongst a beautiful, tranquil surrounding nestled on the lake. Picturesque views and relaxing surroundings. The house itself is beautifully presented - lots of lovely little touches and thoughtful additions. It was so easy to get around from the house to all different parts of the Cotswolds - perfect place to come back to after a days worth of outings. Nice hot shower and comfy couch and amenities. Restaurants and pubs close by within an easy four to six minute drive - dogs welcome! Thank you for a wonderful stay. It truly made our Christmas.

Absolutely loved our few days away! Can’t believe we didn’t know about this place before… so much to do for an active family. Great house with everything we needed (so helpful to have little things like sugar/washing up liquid etc so we didn’t have to bring everything with us!). Will definitely return!

We had a lovely stay at the cottage. The house was really lovely and well equipped for 3 families all staying together. The Estate was lovely and the facilities great, although you meed to remember to book things like the Spa we'll in advance and the pool and pizza. I wouldn't hesitate to return.

We had a wonderful time. The place is lovely and much nicer and bigger than the photos in my opinion. The host was really responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a trip with friends or family. Kitchen has more than enough glasses/pots/pans etc which was really helpful when cooking a meal for 6. Lovely space and I will be back :-)

We had a wonderful stay as a group of friends celebrating some big birthdays. The house was stunning and spotless. We had great fun on the lake each day and enjoyed some lovely walks and meals out at local restaurants. Beautiful scenery from the decking, bedrooms and hot tub! James was very communicative and helpful and there were some lovely birthday surprises left for us. A really special break, we’ll definitely be back.

We had the best time at Di's house. It was the perfect place for our family get together. The house itself is fantastic, spacious, clean and very well appointed. So much is provided! And the area couldn't be better - overlooking the lake with lots of birds to observe - and close to amenities like tennis courts, kids play park, table tennis and games room. We also loved the wraparound decking, the well equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms and comfy sofas. I can't recommend it highly enough for a multi-generational get together. We will be back!

Lovely place right on the water. Looks better than the photos. Had everything we needed in a great location with access to pool and with onsite restaurant and little shop. Perfect for a get away would come again

Beautiful place to stay, very helpful information folder of the area. You could walk or drive to restaurants/bar. If the weather had been better we would have explored the lakes more. But we got out and about . Very clean and tidy place and everything inside that you could possibly want. We would definitely stay again . Thanks Frannie x

Lovely tractor house to stay in. Has all the things you’d expect in a studio flat. Not very accessible if you don’t have a car fyi (not a fault of the place at all) but otherwise lovely.

Jane was an excellent host and responded to my enquiries before booking and whilst we were there. The apartment is bright and airy with a perfect balcony where you can watch the sun go down whilst listening to the birds. The spa on site is great, outdoor pool is a little fresh! You need to book a slot in advance in busy periods but Jane will send you all the details you need. We had a really relaxing stay and would stay again.

All I can say is WOW! Yvie’s place couldn’t be better located, yards away from the market place and beautiful church. Had a wonderful sleep and Yvie couldn’t have done any more to make me feel welcome. Yvie is a warm, friendly and super-interesting host, and she told me lots of local tips that really enhanced my stay. I walk a lot and stay in Air b&b’s all over the country, and Yvie’s is right up there with my very favorites, perhaps right at the top. Thankyou Yvie for a very memorable stay. Thames Path walkers - get yourself booked in, you’ll have a lovely stay here.

We booked this place for my dad while he was moving house, so it needed to be on the ground floor, easy to access and a good location. It was all these things, and Katherine was a great host. We had an issue with the internet half way through the stay which meant that he had no internet connection at all, this was a problem with the provider that was not able to be resolved despite her many attempts. In every other respect Katherine was a great host and the house was very tidy and comfortable.

Lovely apartment, very comfortable, we had a very relaxing stay with my parents and children. Great walking routes and we enjoyed birdwatching from the balcony! Would recommend you bring food with you as the onsite shop is quite specialist and it’s a 20-min round trip to get to the local shops. To this end, it would be nice if there were a pint of milk in the fridge to make a cuppa on arrival 🙂 Thank you for a lovely stay!

Great stay at Benji's place. Big and comfortable and matched the description. Thorough and detailed check-in instructions (it's down a side road so needs the instructions). Really convenient location for town/restaurants/shops etc. A thoroughly lovely stay

We had a wonderful stay at Aston House in the beautiful Lower Mill Estate. We were a group of 8 adults, 2 children, and a dog, and the house fitted us all comfortably with plenty of space to relax and unwind after busy days exploring. The living areas were perfect for chilling out and watching TV together. The location was ideal too – just a 30-minute walk along the Thames Path to The White Hart, which was a great bonus. The hosts were extremely responsive and provided clear, helpful instructions throughout. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Hazel wrote to us and gave clear instructions for arrival as well as coming to say hi once we got there. The accommodation was lovely and cosy. The amount of space to walk around in the forest was excellent even if we weren’t brave enough to do the flying fox. The Dutch hot tub was excellent once we got it hot and we spent a lovely evening listening to the sound of the forest. Highly recommend (my 4yr old loved all the books as well)

Sarah’s place is in lovely surroundings looking out over one of the lakes. We had a lovely relaxing stay and Sarah responded very quickly to our questions. The local brasserie is really reasonable and very nice food. Would recommend!

Incredible place to stay - very beautiful & perfect if you love nature (especially birds)! Really lovely hosts - very generous, friendly and kind. Would highly recommend & might return in the future!

Great place to stay, we took day trips to Salisbury, Cheltenham and Bath. All were within easy reach. Such a peaceful and relaxing place to stay. Homely & well-equipped. Note that to use the indoor pool you have to ring them or walk over at 10:30 in the morning to book a 1 hour slot for the next day. Would definitely recommend staying here. We are looking forward to coming back.

We loved our stay here. The cottage had everything we needed & opening the back door onto the orchard was lovely. The kids enjoyed the outdoor space & the swimming pool & tennis courts were a big hit! Thanks for having us!

The host, Jason: Contacted us before the booking with lots of helpful information about the cottage and estate. He kindly asked if we needed recommendations and provided a whole list of activities and areas to explore. His instructions for accessing the property were also clear and friendly. Jason offered us early check-in and late checkout—both of which were much appreciated. He made us feel welcome before we even arrived. He left lots of complimentary snacks, drinks, bread, eggs, and milk, along with a welcome sign for our family. Beautiful ducks came right to the patio, and Jason even left us duck feed. Jason also provided tennis rackets and table tennis gear for use at the facility, which was a lovely touch. Jason is very proactive and responsive. The cottage: We felt right at home! It’s very private and cosy, with three toilets. The beds were comfy, and we were very comfortable. There are plenty of plates and pots available too. We made brilliant memories here. We recommend!

Lovely accommodation, relaxing environment. Would recommend for people wanting some peace and quiet for a few days.
