Menominee House Lake View

This home features sweeping views of Lake Winnebago, huge open rooms, outdoor hot tub with a lake view and convenient lake access. Bedrooms have king or queen beds, two with additional bunk beds plus an open bonus room with a sleeper sofa brings the sleeping total to 12 adults. Bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms are brand new! High-end appliances, tiled bathrooms, large jetted tub, and even a Laundry room that was used for a Speed Queen washer/dryer shoot. 4 miles to EAA, close to downtown.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located 3+ bedroom, 3 bathroom house. Located on Sawyer Creek and Fox River in between Lake Winnebago and Buttes Des Mort. Minutes from EAA, local restaurants, and everything Oshkosh has to offer. Room to dock your boat along river if needed. Outdoor firepit and patio area along the river. Kayaks for use if desired. House was a duplex but is set up as a single family so you will have the property all to yourselves.

"Amazing place... The pictures don't do this place justice!" - Dec. 6, 2023. The home is located just within the city limits of Oshkosh, 4 miles from EAA and 1 mile from boat landings. This beautiful 4 bedroom home boasts three bedrooms on the main floor and one bedroom on the lower level - plus a Murphy Bed (All Beds - Queen size). Great game room and entertainment area in lower level. The outside area is great for entertaining which includes a hot tub, propane fire table and grill.

Gorgeous Cabin Vibes Home w/ Pond! Close To Lake!

Beautiful cabin feeling home with a huge pond and yard! Great for Bachelorette and Bachelor Parties, Family Birthday Gatherings, or Random Getaways! Paddle boards, swim rafts/tubes, outdoor and indoor games, and wood for firepits included! Spacious outdoor dining space with fireplace by the pond and propane grill (propane and grilling tools included)! Pond is swimmable and is shared with neighbors, but are rarely out at the same time (due to dry past year - pond water level is low)!

You have a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom upper apartment for your use. Queen size beds in bedrooms, futon in the living room. Queen size air bed also available . Full kitchen use and parking for 2 cars, free internet, great backyard, use of grill and fire pit. Owner lives downstairs. Pets may be allowed. Children are always welcome.
