Down 139 stairs (yes, it’s a lot), you and your loved ones will have access to a private dock on Smith Lake with its rolling waves and refreshing deep water. The house has four bedrooms and two full bathrooms with room for everyone. I have a fully stocked kitchen for you as well as many ways to get y’all outside! There’s also a doggy dock and drying options! West facing for optimal sunset views

Lake View offers stunning views from every level of the house. The luxury, comfort, and amenities of this home provides you the perfect place to relax, unwind, and make precious memories. The boat dock offers 2 boat slips and a nice swim deck with a ladder. The scenic views and calm waters is a perfect for swimming, kayaking/paddle boarding or just hanging out in the water on the Lily Pad all while soaking up the beautiful sunrises and sunsets.
