Base Camp 49 is a purpose built micro resort of four two-bedroom nightly rental homes, sleeping up to 6 guests each. Located on the ski trails in the heart of Mazama and the bank of the Methow River. All cabins enjoy covered patios, propane fire pits, and stunning views. Each casita is tastefully furnished with modern décor making the perfect place to relax and build memories. The individual units are named after the nearby mountains: Goat Peak, Sandy Butte, Flagg Mountain and Lucky Jim Bluff.

Alpine Woods features a long driveway set back in the woods for a private feel. The cabin's open floor plan and high ceilings throughout make it feel spacious. The large backyard is great for outdoor games, socializing and relaxing. In winter the plowed, flat roads make for easy driving. Ski-in, ski-out access. Great location, close drive to North Cascade trails, Mazama (3.5 miles), Winthrop (11 miles) and the Methow Valley Community Trail and suspension bridge within walking distance.

1BR Pine Cone Cottage - Okanogan WA (4 mi to Omak)

1BR Pine Cone Cottage is a bit of wild west and a bit of man cave shoehorned into a wee depression-era cottage in beautiful north central Washington State. Small but comfy, with wifi and smart TV (antenna/Netflix), western fiction/non-fiction, this is a NW history lover's ideal base camp. The region boasts great fishing lakes and is a hiker's paradise. Not suitable for children or the physically challenged. No pets (allergen-free space for family). Possible early checkin or late checkout.

Enjoy the yard, hammock, pick fresh fruit (in season), follow the path to the river and fish (in season)

Walk across the bridge to enjoy the restaurants and shops of Winthrop, or stay in and listen to the peaceful sounds of the river. Lots of space for parking, outdoor gear and breathing room! A perfect location to gather with your best friends and family.

Minutes to Mazama and 10 mins to Winthrop. EV charger J1772 You will be surrounded by hundreds of miles of XC trails, biking, hiking trails, beautiful lakes and rivers. Easy flat winter access. Our cabin was build in 2018 with traditional cabin feel done in a modern way. Gourmet kitchen, 3 bd, 2 bath, large open common area, dining room, open loft with TV, and foosball table. AC. Dog friendly with approval but pets do require extra cleaning, we ask for a pet fee of $80 per Dog.

Camp Howard, built in 2018, was designed to blend modern luxury into the expansive nature of Nason Ridge. The home sits 2000 feet above sea level, perched on top of 5 acres of ponderosa forest in the foothills of Cashmere mountain. The rarities of the Pacific Northwest are a short drive away: Alpine skiing 25 minutes to the west at Stevens Pass, Bavarian treats 20 minutes south in Leavenworth, and recreation at Lake Wenatchee just moments north. Riverside Avenue Retreat in Downtown Winthrop

Riverside Avenue Retreat(a legal, licensed nightly rental with a current Okanogan County health permit as required by law) is located right in the heart of downtown Winthrop, and is close to the old western boardwalk, shops and eateries. It is a complete apartment suite where you can stay for awhile. There is a King bed, a gorgeous fireplace setting, Smart TV and a comfortable Queen size sofa sleeper, and so much more. Shared parking is available behind building.

The Caboose in Conconully

This property is located on Salmon Creek in the historic town of Conconully Washington! There are 2 lakes within walking distance for fishing or swimming. There is also a grocery store, and 2 restaurants/bars. Plenty of fishing available on both lakes. If you need a fishing pole, just let us know. There are amazing mountains to explore and many nearby towns to visit. Our little town is full of deer for your viewing pleasure. We have a wonderful state park as well.
