Fully equipped, you’ll be able to prepare yourself fresh food and drinks at your own leisure. ++SUN ROOM/DINING ROOM++ A great space for those here on business using laptops and tablets looking for a quiet spot to sit and enjoy your morning coffee whilst getting work done. A lovely spot for guests who wish to dine in and don’t fancy eating on their laps. ++BEDROOM++ Bedroom is located upstairs. KING SIZE bed dress in fresh white linen. The room also features an amazing mezzanine gallery. Dukeries Hull, Avenues and Dining Quarter

This is our smart terrace right in the heart of The Dukeries area of Hull. Our neighbourhood is a close satellite of the city centre - the station and St. Stephens are only a few minutes' drive away. The area is full of late Victorian character with Prince's Avenue just at the top of our street, offering trendy shops, bars and restaurants. We want our house to be, despite the cliché - a home from home. It is equipped with everything a family (or two couples) may need for a short or long stay.

The Orchard

The home is in a quiet corner of the farm with views over open countryside. The garden is securely fenced with a large lawn which is a safe area for your dog Please list pets when booking. If you are bringing more than one dog, please let me know before booking. There are walks from the doorstep to the River Hull, and Pulfin Nature Reserve, which are popular with fishermen and bird watchers. The historic town of Beverley is 4 miles away and the coastal resort of Hornsea is 10 miles away

St Margaret’s - 12th Century church conversion

Get a real taste for England’s history by staying in this converted Norman Church! This Grade II* listed building provides an excellent base for exploring Louth, the Lincolnshire Wolds and some classic British beaches. With it’s peaceful setting in a tiny village on the edge of Louth, the church also provides the perfect place to relax and unwind. We converted the church in 2014 and lived in it for 4 years until the arrival of our son, we love it and really hope you have a wonderful stay!

Village Escape

Our cosy little house is in the centre of the village of Messingham. There’s lots of pubs and eateries within walking distance. We have an Indian, Thai, Italian & dog friendly pubs with live music, hairdressers, beauty salons, a bakery & food shops. A short drive away there’s a Nature reserve, play barn, golf, tennis, fishing & a little zoo as well as Blyton ice cream & racetrack. A little stream with ducks is in the next village. We welcome families, couples, business people & contractor’s.
