This brand new basement suite has an open concept living space with the kitchen and living room with plenty of natural light. There is a queen-sized bed with a large walk-in closet. In addition, you'll find in-suite laundry and upgraded appliances in this suite. For those working on-site, the bus stop is a 1 min (~100m) to all the oil sand facilities

Furniture is comfortable and in pristine condition. Master suite has a King bed with a full ensuite bath. The two other bedrooms are equipped with a queen and full size bed. Prices are negotiable for longer stays.
