Modern Cabin Retreat w/ Sauna

This space was designed with love and care and the hope that all who stay here feel relaxed and connected to nature. We recently added a cedar barrel sauna that heats up quickly and is user friendly. Often we don’t see guests but I’m always available for questions and recommendations. We live "next door" on the same property with our two young sons. The cabin is located in a neighborhood, so while it hopefully feels removed from any hustle and bustle, there is access to many conveniences.

The cottage is a separate unit with a private entrance. 400 square feet with a bathroom, kitchenette, heart of pine antique floors. We are two miles from the Grove Park Inn and four miles from the Biltmore house. The space is appropriate for two adults or one adult and one child.

Located between UNCA and Merrimon Ave. Bike or Uber to downtown. Walk to restaurants, bars and coffee shops. We CANNOT accept ANY type of ANIMALS due to family member having MEDICAL DOCUMENTATION. This is a “NONSMOKING” resident. NO smoking, vaping, drugs or incense burning.

We are located near I-40 with an approximate 10 minute/3 mile drive to the Biltmore Estate main entrance or the Blue Ridge Parkway (2.7 miles) and about 13 minute drive to downtown Asheville. Please be aware you will need to climb one flight of stairs to access the unit.
