There is a daily bus service to Banbury and Daventry and from Banbury there is a train service for Oxford, London and Birmingham. Shakspeare's Stratford Upon Avon, Cropredy Festival and Silverstone are a short drive away. There is a plaque on the village hall to commemorate singer/songwriter Sandy Denny from the band Fairport Convention.

We have done our best to bringing out the distinctive character of this historic property, while furnishing it in a luxurious rustic style. The history of the cottage is still up to debate. However, we have found evidence of it playing a role as the village bakery.

Set in the grounds of our 17th century farmhouse in rural South Northants, approx half a mile from the village of Moreton Pinkney. The cottage has recently been refurbished to a high standard. Centrally located for M1 & M40 with easy access to Silverstone Circuit, Towcester Racecourse, Banbury, Daventry, Milton Keynes, Northampton, Oxford, Stratford and the Cotswolds. This area also offers excellent walking and cycling opportunities and is close to many National Trust properties.

Currently we do not have a TV in the room but have high speed broadband if you want to stream using your own devices. Ideally located Silverstone (12 mins)M40 10 mins drive & M1 15 mins Crockwell Farm 8 minutes away and the same distance to Sulgrave Manor. Easy access to Northampton and Milton Keynes
