It has all the mod-cons you need from: American fridge freezer, wine fridge, smeg kettle/toaster, 43" smart flat screen TV in lounge and en-suite bathroom to master.

Elms House Cottage

Rowston is a small farming village , south of the historic city of Lincoln. Sleaford, Newark and Grantham are all easily within half hour by car. You’ll love my place because it's a very old cottage, recently re-equipped (including dishwasher). It is near, but separate from, my own house, with it's own garden. The cottage is good for couples, solos, business travellers, and small families. We can also accommodate French speakers. A 10% discount and free weekly servicing for 7+ day stays.

A converted stable with private parking within a short distance of the amenities of Woodhall Spa. The property sits at the rear of the owner's residence, but with independent access.
