My family and I had a wonderful stay in Kudnartos property. Immaculately presented, clean, well kitted out and felt like home during our stay. Would absolutely stay here again 🙂

We have a wonderful stay in Diggers beach. The house is more impressive than the photos. It was spotlessly clean and well equiped . Jane and John were perfect hosts and were so responsive. Thank you and hope to return again.

Absolutely beautiful home in a truly special location. The layout was perfect for our family, giving us plenty of space and common areas. Watching the sunrise over the ocean and the sunset over the river was a truly unique experience. The home is beautifully decorated, and has very comfy lounges! Dream kitchen too! Having a morning cuppa on the bench seat overlooking the beach and dunes was my favourite part. Thank you for having us 😄

Great stay with clean spacious rooms, top-notch amenities and peaceful area. Thank you so much for our host Finbarr to provide us with lots of ingredients in the kitchen including in the pantry rice and pasta, frozen fruits in the freezer for smoothies, coffee machine just to name a few. Very helpful ingredients especially during wet and raining during our short stay. Highly recommended.

Amazing place, stones throw from the beach and calm inlet for kids to swim. We will be back. Cant recommened the location, house and host enough.

We had a lovely stay in Greybox in SWR over q long weekend with the grandkids. The house is really lovely with beautiful breezeway living. The kitchen is well appointed so a gourmet cook could probably cook up a storm (we didn't...). The pool was lovely for the little ones. After all the rain in early 2025, the mozzies were out in force, but they were everywhere, not just here. We'll likely return in due course.

Beautiful accommodation in a beautiful town, close to shops, restaurants and beaches. Everything you need is in the house, from condiments to kitchen roll. The welcome basket was a lovely touch. There were 9 of us but didn't feel cramped as there were plenty of places to relax both inside and outside the house. Beds very comfortable! We all had a relaxing break and would definitely recommend this house.

Absolutely stunning place. The pool is huge and the living area is very cozy. Beautiful balcony looking out over the inlet is an amazing place to hang out. Close to Coffs and 2 minutes away from the main drag of Sawtell. Thank you mark. I would 100% recommend again!

Spacious well positioned residence close to beach and dog off leash beach. 4 spacious bedrooms. Fenced grass area for pet. Everything you need for a great stay.

Had a great time, it felt like a comfortable atmosphere. Plenty of room for family. And had great fun in rhe pool and bbq area.

we had a wonderful relaxing stay at Carol's Little Beach house. Bev was very comfortable with a beautiful view of Red Rock Park and the river. A beautiful relaxing quiet house. We wish we had more time as 1 day isn't enough.

Robyn went above and beyond to make us feel right at home. Lots of little extras and thoughtful touches and we loved our time in Red Rock. Definitely get down to Little Beach for a swim. We can’t wait to visit again soon.

This house is really great even if quite basic. There aren’t many nice little “touches” as such, but it more than makes up for that with excellent location so close to the beach, heaps of space across 4 bedrooms, good sized kitchen and 2 lounge rooms with loads of space. Was super clean. Great value for money. I would stay here again.

We had a great stay at Tegan's place. The house is nothing flash, just a comfy family holiday home. We felt right at home. Tegan was great to deal with, very responsive and friendly. Easy walk to a beautiful beach and close to a small shop for essentials.

Emma's place was awesome. We were right where we needed to be. It was so comfortable and we spent lots of time chatting around the outside table with friends. What stood out for us was how comfortable all the beds were. We all slept so well. When we go to Woolii again we definitely consider staying there again.

My goodness we love this spot. So thankful we got to stay for an extended trip here. The location is awesome, the house has everything you need. The bathroom is beautifully finished. Beds are comfy! Thanks Matt!

The apartment was clean and pleasant, just as described. Stefan provided clear, basic instructions which made check-in easy. The only odd part was that the entry was through the bathroom, which was a bit unusual. That said, the area is beautiful, and the beach was so close you could hear the ocean from the backyard. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
