During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. Escape to this peaceful quiet couple getaway, located 1.5 miles outside St. Maries on the beautiful St. Joe River. This 600 sq. ft. waterfront one bedroom guest suite is fully furnished, living room, kitchenette, covered deck. Quiet residential neighborhood, minimal traffic, perfect for leisurely walks or bike riding. Whatever the season, this is the perfect place for one or two adults to relax on the beautiful St. Joe River. We are exempt from hosting service or emotional support animals.

Treehouse in the pines

Enjoy this one-of-a-kind experience situated in the pine trees located just outside of Spokane. Featuring a cozy 400 square foot living space, with books, games, and a gas fireplace as well as a kitchenette with everything you need to make a meal for two. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a 10-foot accordion door that opens completely to the deck outside with a hot tub waiting for you. Please note: While it is private, the treehouse is on a property with two other occupied structures.

Our modern little ranch is located on 8 close in acres on a scenic well-maintained road where it is common to see elk, deer, turkey and even moose! It is an ideal location for a serene getaway or business travel but not suitable for parties. Very easy access to lake Coeur d'Alene and downtown area.
