The barn is split into three rooms: A large studio area with a vaulted ceiling containing seated areas, a kitchen and a sturdy work bench with a sink. A bedroom with a double bed. A bathroom with a step-in shower, toilet, sink, heated-mirror and shaving socket. Outside there is a patio with an adjacent dedicated parking space and space behind it for a second car.

Woldview retreat is on the edge of the small village of Spridlington, and has open plan living, dining and sleeping, with bifold doors opening out on to a balcony showcasing the scenic views of rural Lincolnshire. These can also be enjoyed from the hot tub. Maximum 2 Adults. No infants or children. No pets.

The cottage can sleep 4 guests as there is a pull out guest bed available.
