We absolutely loved this apartment. It was spotlessly clean, had three bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen and the addition of the washer/dryer was really useful. The apartment felt very modern and had everything we needed. The location is fantastic with restaurants, shops and parks all a short walk away. This will definitely be our go-to apartment whenever we visit Mexico City!

Gerardo and his wife are very nice. They were very flexible with my checkout time, allowing me to leave the apartment late, without asking for anything in return. The apartment was clean and fully furnished. It has all the necessary that someone would need to have a nice stay on a short or long term. I would rent from Gerardo again is I come to Mexico city.

Es la segunda vez que me quedó en el lugar y me gusta mucho. Es un lugar muy tranquilo qué está muy conectado y accesible. Además me agrada que sea una planta baja. Definitivamente volvería.

O apartamento é ótimo, novo, com camas confortáveis e tudo bem limpo! A localização fica em um bairro mais residencial, porém é fácil e rápido de chegar de carro de aplicativo nos pontos turísticos da cidade. O check-in foi fácil e o Arturo foi simpático e nos respondeu rapidamente.

Estamos muy agradecidos con Edel, estuvo pendiente y resolvió nuestras dudas, el departamento es tal como en las fotos, un lugar cómodo, seguro, lindo y limpio. Hay muchos establecimientos alrededor.

Excelente servicio ⭐️ Muy amable y atento, realmente recomiendo muchísimo la estancia aquí, es una zona tranquila, además la habitación es muy cómoda, te sientes como en casa.

This was a great find! Comfortable beds & cool vibe. This place is super convenient & located in a wonderful part of the city. Very unique layout with an upstairs patio area--great for morning coffee or late-night drinks. Just be aware that another apartment is very close (due to the unique layout) and may not be completely private when everyone is "home". Host is responsive and helpful. Overall, great expereince! Highly recommend.

Una bella casa muy amplia y muy bien distribuida en una zona muy tranquila pero con excelente ubicación, ampliamente recomendable si van a esta visitando diferentes puntos de la ciudad, el anfitrión fue muy amable y nos compartió recomendaciones de donde comer y lugares a visitar, ampliamente recomendado.

Great location, walking distance to many places. We loved Mezcaleria Necios, and the smoothie place around the corner for the kids, Ricardo is easy to communicate with and fast to respond. Ricardo let us leave our bags early when we arrived early to Condesa, which was very helpful. Great for a big family to all stay together.

Notre séjour chez Kyra s'est très bien passé. Kyra est très réactive et toujours disponible pour aider. Nous avons pu profiter du quartier qui est très sécuritaire et où il fait bon se promener. Toutes les commodités sont à proximité à pied, métro, centre commercial, supermarché, ... Si nous devons revenir un jour à Mexico, alors nous reviendrons avec plaisir à cette adresse.

Tuvimos un evento cerca de la casa y , fue de súper ayuda estar cerca . Toda mi familia les agrado la casa, súper grande sin problema dejamos Los autos y tranquilo por la noche , sin duda si volveríamos a venir . El anfitrión siempre nos construyó de muy buena manera

Alec was very responsive. Great communication and very accommodating. The location was perfect and easy to get to. So many great restaurants and cafes all within a few blocks. Very walkable to everything. I was able to work remote with no issues with the Internet or connectivity. I will most definitely be back.

Gaby es una excelente anfitriona, siempre esta al pendiente. El Airbnb excelente si viajan varios amigos, el espacio esta muy bien usado. Dejé mis airpods en la cama y me los regresaron 💕Muchas gracias, espero regresar pronto.

El lugar es cómodo, tiene buena ubicación, se llega a escuchar un poco de ruido de la azotea y de afuera pero es soportable. Vladimir es muy amable y está al pendiente. Recomendable.
