House is less than four miles from CWU, less than 1 mile from I-90. 40 miles from the Gorge Amphitheater or 30 from Suncadia Resort. Enjoy this quiet getaway located just on the edge of town with wonderful country views! Well behaved pets are welcome for a $40 pet fee. Two pets maximum.

A 1930’s home has been updated and feels open, clean, and welcoming. There is a cozy and private patio in the back to enjoy a cold beverage from one of our local breweries or a hot cup of coffee in the morning. Please come enjoy Kittitas County from this comfortable landing spot.

Great home in Yakima's Barge-Chestnut Neighborhood. Perfect for large groups, business travelers, wedding groups, wine tasting trips, all while overlooking Franklin Park. We have a brand-new remodeled kitchen and access to a pool shared with our home. With four bedrooms, and two bathrooms and is fully furnished, you will have a great time.
