Our mountain sanctuary

Come relax and play in the great outdoors. Our area is abundant with lakes, rivers, waterfalls and hiking (the Appalachian trail is just a mile away). Our rustic cabin is built from 1875 hand hewn logs and is located on Spivey Creek in Unicoi County Tennessee. The towns of Erwin TN and Burnsville NC are just down the mountain for shopping convenience. For the arts, entertainment and airport convenience Asheville NC and Johnson City TN are less than an hour away. Come stay in our lovely cabin.

Purposefully created with wellness and sustainability as the main focus, this cozy cabin features a cedar soaking hot tub, steam shower, cast iron soaking tub, a Sonos audio system, solid wifi, whole-house filtered spring water, a wood-fire pit with skillet and BBQ grill top, and all organic textiles and mattresses. Sauna and cold plunge upon request. There are 4 bedrooms in Maple. One king, two queens, and two twins. One of the bedrooms is also the basement TV room, with an en suite bath.

Our Treehouse-like stilted cottage is perched on the mountainside surrounded by trees. Blue Ridge Mountain view offers a unique experience. Private deck with bathtub (usable in warm weather over 60°F/15°C). This house has an electric fireplace to warm up & AC to cool down. Full kitchen has stainless steel appliances.
