The apartment was rented to one of our drone pilots and the feedback I received was very positive. In addition, Dawn has always been attentive and proactive in communication and in meeting our requests. If the apartment is available, we would like to rent it again.

This is an amazing place, the owners are truly sharing their beautiful home with you. It’s not a shared space, but you can tell they take pride in their property and you will feel special just walking in, it’s decorated so beautifully! I wouldn’t want to share it with just anyone! It is spotless everything was immaculate. It has everything you could need in the kitchen, I brought some things from home but really didn’t need to. I’ve never seen a more stocked bathroom with towels and washcloths, so nice! Location was fantastic, it’s a short walk to downtown shopping and restaurants, baseball field, playground, and the Meridian bridge is a great family walk! They have a wealth of information in a book in the kitchen with recommendations and info on how to operate appliances. Traveling with a 1 yr old they accommodated an early arrival and we communicated about a couple other things during our stay. Easter and senior day for MMU baseball, our family made memories. Thank you!

Dave and his wife were incredibly open and friendly; providing perfect instructions to things for which I asked directly and those that I had not yet asked. The property is serene; wildlife (deer, turkey, birds), flowers, trees….all magnificent. The interior of the location was just as amazing. Whether it be the open layout or the decor; you feel the care and personal touches Dave and his wife put into it.

The Nest was a wonderful stay! Monica was incredibly kind and helpful. When ever we had questions or needed help, she was instantly available. We will be staying at Monica's again when we visit next.

This is an amazing and beautiful property. Super clean and so many nice amenities that you would not normally find in a host home. Jolynn is super responsive and a very thoughtful host. Everything from the check in to the check out was easy to follow. She was also very responsive to questions we had before our stay and during. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend this property to anyone.

Alicia’s place was absolutely perfect for my stay in Vermillion! Close to everything and super comfortable to stay in! Would highly recommend if in the area!!

Lennon and Richard are great hosts, very considerate and generous. They left my group a big bowl of trail mix just because. They installed a heater in the breezeway because they know we keep the dogs out there and they can get very cold. And they make it seemlike they enjoy us staying at their place as much as we do. We love coming here every year.

Excellent place to escape the city and relax. Host was great and super easy to communicate.

Sheryl's place was perfect for us. We came into town for a race and we had time to check out Yankton. I nice town with friendly people. Sheryl's home was just as described and she was a very responsive host.

I ended up enjoying this stay more than what I expected. I was in town for work and initially had other plans for the few days I was here, until mother nature decided differently. A small snow storm came through and plans changed a bit. I was still able to work remotely from the house. I loved the simplicity of the home. Very organized. Very clean. Quiet/peaceful neighborhood. And Alexa was very accommodating and thorough with instructions. The next time I come to town, this will be the first place I check availability for, as an option to stay.
