Fantastic location with lots of amenities included. It’s walking distance to a number of great trails and sights and far enough away from city centers that it’s peaceful. Only downside was extra cold nights made the heated pool not very warm even with the extra cost so just caution for weather when deciding to pay the pool heat fee.

Great property and stay and all the amenities. Only minor feedback I have (and I am picky about bathrooms for some reason) is that the upstairs shower needs to be updated with modern tile and glass walls/blocks; or at least some additional lighting needs to be added into the shower. It is tucked into a dark corner feels very institutional (like a 70’s high school locker room shower). But over all, a stellar property.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was well equipped and had everything we needed. Six women fit comfortably. The outdoor hot tub was great to soak in after a day of hiking. The outside space was very private and beautiful. It was frequently visited by humming birds. All of us gals agreed we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for having us!

We had a wonderful stay at Mitchell’s Airbnb! The house was clean and in a beautiful location. The view was incredible!! The host was very responsive when we needed to reach out, we would definitely love to stay here again in the future!

Our stay was amazing! Dawn’s place was very impressive, spacious, and beautiful. The house was very clean and the backyard was one of the most magnificent I have ever seen. The Infiniti pool, hot tub, and grill made us feel as if we didn’t need to leave the air bnb at all. Overall great stay and we will be back!

This home really was home away from home. It was peaceful, clean, and provided everything we needed and wanted.

Great location and home base for exploring Sedona and the beautiful surroundings. The house offers lovely views and plenty of space. Some of the amenities need a little TLC, but that didn’t take away from the experience or our enjoyment of the house. The beds are very comfortable, we all slept great! We’d stay there again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic Cabin for a Family Getaway in Flagstaff Our family of 12 had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin in Flagstaff! The location couldn’t have been better – directly across from a hill perfect for sledding, which made for hours of fun for the kids. The cabin itself is spacious and thoughtfully designed. The kids absolutely loved their custom bunk beds, with room for 6 and their own space upstairs. They had a cozy TV area and plenty of room to play, which kept them entertained throughout our stay. The adults enjoyed the beautiful, fully-equipped kitchen that had everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals together. The outdoor area was also a highlight, with a large fenced yard that was perfect for our dogs to run around. It felt like a true home away from home, with every detail carefully considered to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The views out the front windows were incredible. The location was great. It is an easy walk to town. We saw 15 javelinas in the backyard one night. It has a hot tub. Kitchen was well equipped. Jim and Kathy made up a folder with laminated pages with lots of ideas on things to do and how everything works in the house. It is a high end rental with a high cost but well worth what you get for the money. Being able to walk to town and having spectacular views of fed rock formations out every window was very special.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house in Flagstaff. The fireplace was a great touch—and we really appreciated that there were logs ready to use! The board games and ping pong table made our evenings super fun. The covered parking fit one car, and there was plenty of space outside for two more without any issues. The gas grill worked perfectly, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed: tongs, sharp knives, cutting boards, pans, and pots. We’d definitely come back!

This is a lovely place to stay. A very welcoming environment in the home, and the yard and woods behind it, are so calming. The yurt is a great bonus space. We visited the Grand Canyon for the first time and hiked in Sedona. Definitely would stay here again and would recommend highly to our friends.

Large four bedroom house near hiking and biking trails. Well maintained - everything works. Heater keeps a constant temperature - very comfortable day and night. New refrigerator keeps food fresh. Beautiful views of the mountains.

The home was clean, cozy and perfect for 7 of us. The hot tub was amazing after a day at Snowbowl. And, the owners were kind enough to have a bottle of wine waiting when we arrived. Overall the house was perfect for us and very close to downtown Flagstaff. Definitely recommend and would stay here again!

The most beautiful view and outdoor space! The restoration was amazing to see, and the historial features inside made it a truly unique experience. Plus, Glenn left easy to follow instructions that made everything very easy!

This home was extremely clean, furnished very nicely, had a BBQ and fire pit and comfortable furnishings. The hosts were super responsive, and included thoughtful touches such as snacks, plenty of towels, comfortable beds, and a very clean kitchen. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this home!

Our stay was amazing! We instantly felt right at home, and the nature that surrounded us was extremely calming. We have small children and our host had so many fun extra toys to play with. There were many extra touches in the home that we appreciated. Mj and Elizabeth were responsive and very kind. I recommend this place to anyone, especially extended stays.

Staying here felt like a high-end resort! It was our first AirBnB experience, and the home was modern, spotless, welcoming, and comfortable. The views from the patio were the icing on the cake and our pups loved the fenced yard.

Beautiful views! Beds comfortable, bed linens very nice. The patio jacuzzi spa (hot tub) & indoor electric fireplace were great (we did not use the outdoor fore pit table). Everything inside the place is spotlessly clean & the place is quite roomy. Quiet area. TV (Roku) in the master bedroom was much appreciated. Coffee bar in kitchen with a Kuerig! Uptown Sedona is about 25-30 min drive from Cottonwood due to traffic snarls as you enter Uptown Sedona. Nic's Italian Steakhouse, Belfry Brewing & Merkin Vineyard Hilltop Winery were all good experiences in Cottonwood. However, the Winery has no dedicated "tasting room". You can taste at patio bar or at your table. The view is phenomenal, don't miss enjoying a glass of wine here. We did wine at sunset & the colorful hills & mountains so pretty. The food at the Winery was tasty & they make their own fresh pasta! Be advised, the Winery menu is ala carte. We loved our stay at this Cottonwood Airbnb, would recommend & hope to return!
