Welcome to our brand new custom built mountain home located in Island Park, Idaho. We built and designed this home with our guests in mind. This home is located at the end of a dead end road bordering the vast forest service land which creates a quiet, peaceful, and private place to stay. This home is also conveniently located 25 minutes from the West Entrance of Yellowstone National Park and only 5 minutes to our brand new grocery store Sam Patch Co. LITERALLY on the RIVER.Just under 2 acres of private land and private river access. You will have a hard time wanting to leave. Breathtaking views right from the couch. Enjoy leaving the large door open, closing the screen door, and listening to the river all night long. BBQ or enjoy a fire while resting from the day's adventure. If you know how to fish, it is a fun place to wade and throw in a line. About 60 minutes to Yellowstone and 1 hour 30 to Grand Teton NP. Hot Tub and listen to the river

Retreat in Pines by the Buffalo River

As featured in Secrets of National Parks by National Geographic! Come make memories at this cozy A-Frame cabin. Enjoy hundreds of acres of forest land right out the back. Explore miles of trails on your bike, ATV, or snowmobile. Walk 5 minutes to the slow and shallow Buffalo river for a lazy float or safe wading. Visit Yellowstone National Park about 30 minutes away. Come back to relax in the hot tub, enjoy s'mores around the fire pit, or snuggle by the fireplace and stream your favorite movie.

Located with an awe-inspiring view of the mountains and so close to Yellowstone and Chico Hot Springs, and the western town of Livingston. Livingston and Emigrant offer nice dining, breweries, an array of art galleries and other unique shops. Chico's pool is outdoors, wonderfully clean as water is fresh every day.

There are many dining options, a grocery store and shopping all within walking distance.
