Top-floor (45 m²) ski-in ski-out apartment at Ylläs Ski Resort accommodating 5 guests. The apartment features a bedroom with a 160 cm wide double bed, an alcove with a 120 cm wide bed and an 80 cm upper bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a drying cabinet and a washing machine. Separate toilet. Walking distance to the ski slopes, equipment rentals, restaurant services, nature trails, and Ylläs Bike Park. Excellent for families. Bed linens and final cleaning are included in the price.

Joiku 8 is a spacious, modern holiday home in Joiku Resort, completed in 2024 on the lakefront of Äkäslompolo. Expansive glass walls and a high ceiling frame views of the Ylläs swing and surrounding fells. The terrace with a private jacuzzi is ideal for relaxing after a day outdoors. Visitors can enjoy year-round activities: hiking, berry picking, biking, fishing and kayaking in summer, with skiing just minutes away at Ylläs Ski Resort in winter. Aamurusko 1, tasokas pieni mökki Ylläsjärvellä

Kodikas ja samalla tasokas pieni hyvin varusteltu mökki aivan hiihtolatujen ja urheilureittien äärellä alle 1km matkan päässä Ski Resort Ylläs-hiihtokeskuksesta Ylläsjärven Tunturipalossa. Mökillä olet rauhassa Lapin kauniin luonnon äärellä, mutta samalla niin lähellä palveluita. Soveltuu parhaiten kuudelle lomailijalle. Mökillä on kolme makuuhuonetta mukavilla parisängyillä, joissa Teitä odottaa aina pedatut sängyt. Olohuoneen ikkunasta näet puiden lomassa kauniin ja jylhän Ylläs-tunturin.

Hyvätasoinen Ski in – ski out -lomahuoneisto sijaitsee Ylläs Ski Resort hiihtokeskuksen ytimessä Ylläsjärvellä, 100 metrin päässä Ylläs1-gondolihissiltä ja 500 metrin päässä Länsiraja-hiihtohissiltä. Hiihtoladut lähtevät 200 metrin päästä. Huoneistossa majoittuu mukavasti 2-4 henkilöä. Huoneistosta avautuvat upeat näkymät Ylläsjärven suuntaan. Vuodevaatteet, pyyhkeet ja loppusiivous sisältyvät hintaan ajalla 1.11.-30.4. muuna ajankohtana vuokralainen hoitaa itse siivouksen siivouksen jne.

There is also a remote workstation and a carport. The location is great: 200 m to trails, 350 m to ski bus, 800 m to ski lift & ski-in during spring. Upea, juuri valmistunut Villa Mukka tuntureiden lähellä. Tyylikäs ja viihtyisä, laadukas varustelu. 6+2 hlö Tunturi sijaitsee Ylläs-Pallas kansallispuiston vieressä. Laskettelukeskukseen alle kilometri . Hiihtoladuille pääsee suoraan mökiltä. Täällä on upea Lapin tunnelma. Ihana sauna johon kuljetaan lasiterassin kautta . Terassilla takka ja sisällä toinen. Parvella on nukkumapaikat neljälle, kerrossängyssä ja aulan levitettävä sohva. Alakerrassa on makuuhuoneet joissa parisängyt (2+2).

Uusi uniikki, tunnelmallinen paritalomökki valmistunut jouluksi 2023. Äkäsvilla on laatutietoisen lomailijan hirsimökki uudella Röhkömukanmaan alueella Äkäslompolossa Ylläksellä. Mökki majoittaa 6+2 vierasta. Mökki sijaitsee hiihtolatujen (500m), rinteiden (1.5km) ja luontopolkujen välittömässä läheisyydessä. Olohuone/keittiön isoista pohjoisen taivaalle suunnatuista ikkunoista voit ihailla tunturimaisemaa ja iltojen pimetessä nähdä tahtitaivaan ja revontulten loimut. Kauppaan 3km.

Villa in the heart of lapland

The cabin provides comfortable accommodation spaces and a well-equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals after long days. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, one of which has separable beds. Upstairs there's a large bunk beds, WC and a fold-out futon sofa for an extra bed. The sauna is located in a separate outdoor building, accessed through a glazed terrace. An outdoor fireplace is also situated on the terrace, where you can enjoy even the chilliest of evenings.

Vaellus-, pyöräily-, hiihto-ja kelkkareitit 200m. Ski-bussi 200m, laskettelukeskukseen noin 500m.

Elegant and Cosy Log Lodge Villa Aurora

Beautiful, spacious and cosy lodge. Great location! Village centre and ski buss stop are in walking distance. Skiing tracks are nearby. Linen, towels and cleaning include the price! In the first floor there are one bedroom with double bed, kitchen area, sofa, sauna, bathroom, tv and fireplace. In the second floor there are tv area, sofa bed, one single bed and one double bed or two single beds. Spacious back terrace opens to the forest. There are one parking space with heating.

Enjoy easy living in this cosy and centrally located cabin in a peaceful and highly valued area of Kätkä. Only 1km walking or driving distance to Levi Center and the slopes. You are located next to Kätkä fell and lake Immel that is a perfect spot for spotting northern lights. The owners have been living in the area for over a decade and are still living in the neigbourhood to be of your assistance with planing of your tours and giving the best tips for the local restaurants.
