The experience at Merts house was lovely, the place was in quite beautiful village. it was clean and lots of natural lights. the road to the house is easy and it is not far from Trabzon. I highly recommend the place.

Our stay at Murat’s place was wonderful and exceptional. This was one of our best Air BNB experiences in Türkiye. The Villa compartment was amazing and wonderful. The view of the Black Sea is second to none and also the vegetables can be hand picked and eaten. There is a beautiful botanical garden near by with a lovely breakfast. People can get confused by the outward appearance of the house which we were, but once you enter and go down and enter the apartment it is breathtaking. We wish to stay for a longer duration at some other time. Best of luck Murat for being a great host.

Villa,büyük ve kullanışlıydı,güzel bir deniz manzarası vardı.Arabayla ,yakın sayılabilecek çok güzel ,güney sahil plajlarını aratmayacak güzellikte bir plaj vardı.Trabzonda böyle bir plaj beklentim yoktu doğrusu.Arabayla yaklaşık on dakika mesafede ,lezzetli kebapları olan güzel bir lokanta vardı.

içerisi çok temizdi, gayet güzel karşılandık, fotoğraflarda olduğu gibiydi, markete arabayla 10 dakika mesafedeydi. biz çok memnun kaldık teşekkürler.

لمن يبحث عن السكن بمزرعة . مسكن بصورة عامة نظيف . موقع مميز بوسط طرابزون . واطلاله ع البحر طبعا من بعيد . صاحب المسكن ودود ومتعاون . الملاحظة وجود دورة مياه واحده فقط .

الفيلا نظيفه وانتيك و جميله جدا وقريبه من مول جواهر وتعامل المضيف رائع وسريع جدا واستقبالهم لطيف

nice and spacious villa for big families clean and neat and will equipped certainly you need a car with you as the villa in rural area 45-60 minutes away from trabzon and uzungol (middle area) pool is clean with overflow system the host is helpful and responsive was a great stay

very beautiful property overlooking the mountains in the backyard and the blacksea upon entry. spacious and highly recommended for families that want to experience nature and fresh air. only that the property's location is not where the address is in airbnb. message the owner before you arrive to get the exact address. Fatih is helpful and very friendly!

من أجمل التجارب السكنيه في هذه المدينة فهذا المنزل يقع على مرتفع جبلي مطل على البحر وعلى المناظر الخلابه رائع جدا ومريح واصحاب المنزل رائعون لقد قامو بضيافتنا واحسنو الاستقبال وكانو جدا متعاونين ومحبوبين ، المالك محمود شخص مريح وطيب للغاية وسريع التجاوب ويبادر ايضًا بالاطمئنان علينا ، يسكن في الطابق الأسفل والمكان المؤجر الطابق الأول والثاني بشكل مستقل، بشكل عام المنزل فسيح ونظيف ومرتب ومناسب لعشرة اشخاص والغرف جميعها مكيفه ودورات المياه اعزكم الله مجهزه بسخانات الماء ٢ منها في الطابق الاول و٢ في الطابق الثاني والمطبخ واسع ومجهز للطبخ، ويوجد شرفه من أحد الغرف العلويه وايضًا شرفة بالطابق الأول تحتوي على جلسة انيقة و كلاهما مطلات على حديقة المنزل والبحر والجبال ، أما الفناء الخارجي مشترك مع اصحاب المنزل فهم غير مزعجين ومحترمين، ولقد تعاون معنا صاحب المنزل في ايجاد سائق وكان شخص محترم ايضًا اسمه فاتح. بعد هذه الاقامة ننصح بهذا المكان خاصة للعوائل ومن لديهم اطفال أيضًا للاستمتاع ويوجد في الفناء الخارجي الحيوانات الأليفه المتنوعة لصاحب المنزل.
