Get away from the stress and enjoy this lake front lower unit apartment tucked in a serene nature environment. A short bike ride ride to Short Sand, Long Sands beaches and the Nubble light House. Just minutes from waterfront dining and shopping at Perkins Cove and Village of Ogunquit. After a long day at the beach relax on the covered patio watching the ducks and geese on the lake while the squirrels and chipmunks run abound. Listen to the wide variety of birds singing.

Long Sands Cottage - Walk to Beach

Walk to Long Sands Beach - we are 0.4 miles from the beach, about a 7 minute walk. July/August are 7-day Sat to Sat only rentals. IMPORTANT: You must bring your own linens and towels. Cottage is on a charming unpaved road in a quiet neighborhood of small 1950's vintage seasonal cottages. Walking distance to downtown York Beach which has a zoo, restaurants, penny arcade and fun shops. There is a rolling beach cart and two backpack beach chairs available for your use.

Short drive to the Ogunquit/York beaches, Outlets at Kittery and near Portsmouth, Dover and Portland restaurant scenes.

Located in the heart of the Nubble peninsula in York Beach. Walking distance (.04m) to both Short Sands and Long Sands. A great year-round property or ideal summer getaway that can accommodate a crowd. 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom home offers central air conditioning, hardwood floors throughout, a two-sided gas fireplace, a four-season sunroom with tons of natural light, a first-floor master bedroom suite, and so much more!

Goose Point Getaway (a boutique AirBnB experience)

Our Goose Point Getaway is a one bedroom apartment located in the lower level of our home. Completely private with its own entrance and no shared space with the owners. You can see a peek of Spruce Creek (a tidal inlet) from the bedroom window and deck. The space has been designed to offer a relaxed, comfortable get away experience. Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood which loops around Spruce Creek.
