The Beach lake house is such a dream! We rented for two nights and were not disappointed! It was the perfect size and had enough games and entertainment to keep us occupied and making memories. Clean and spacious. Cannot wait to find a reason to come back and stay longer! ♥️

The gorgeous house on Lake Wylie suited our needs as a group of 19 perfectly!! Hope it’s available next year at this time!

Wow. This house is very nice. It’s located on the lake and secluded but only 35 minutes to uptown Charlotte. Places to eat and grocery stores are close also. Has a concrete driveway down to the lake which I think is private and only for this property. If you are looking to stay in the lake Wylie area, this house is worth it.

Wir haben zwei Nächte in Bills Unterkunft verbracht und es war herrlich. Man kann direkt am Wasser auf der Terrasse sitzen, angeln oder mit den Kajaks fahren. Das Haus ist wirklich toll und wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

David is so sweet he responded in seconds he did everything to make sure our stay was good he even bought extra remotes and brought them by my guest we’re happy and home is gorgeous 😍

Wow, just wow!! We had an incredible 5 star experience/extended stay at this property and it’s hard to know how to best describe it. To begin with, it felt like home the minute we walked in. Too many wonderful details to list all, but here are some of our favorites: -welcome gift -clean and well decorated home -beautiful view and outdoor living space -safe and friendly neighborhood -comfortable bed -exceptionally well stocked kitchen -great local recommendations We made so many great memories during our stay! I really could go on and on. Most importantly, though, Lindsey is a very responsive and attentive host. As hosts ourselves, we highly recommend this property and would happily return to it in the future. Thank you, Lindsey! We could not have asked for more.

Our family had a memorable stay at this beautiful lake house! We were impressed by how clean, spacious, and well-equipped it was. The lake views from both outside and inside the home were huge selling points for us and certainly delivered! The house had a fully stocked kitchen, cozy bedrooms, and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. We were pleasantly surprised by the beach area. It provided easy water access for swimming, kayaking, and just lounging back in the sun. Having life vests and kayaks available was much appreciated. With a couple of pop-up showers, it was nice to still enjoy the outdoors from the covered areas of the home and dock. Communication with the host was excellent and check-in and check-out procedures were clear and simple. We would absolutely return for another stay, but with friends, as it wasn't ideal for everyone in our family due to the narrow doorframes of the bathrooms and exterior steps that created some access difficulties.

I must say this is a great place! The house is very nice and very roomy. For the price is worth every bit! Phillip was very helpful and responded about any concern, which weren't any concerns, but the things I needed or asked him about he acted and handled very fast. If you are coming to clt area and need something roomy affordable and worth it look no more!!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 1/2 month stay at Chris and Stephanie’s. It did not seem too big for the two of us yet it was plenty big when we had kids/grandkids over for the day. The location was ideal for us. I don’t believe there is a single cooking item/utensil that the kitchen lacks- very impressive!! The wall of windows is perfect for seeing all the cardinals that come to the feeder. When there were minor issues, Chris responded as quickly as possible. Two thumbs up!

We had the best time at Rachel’s lake house! It’s well stocked and suitable for families with kids of all ages. We have toddlers who loved playing on the beach and jumping off the dock. It was so peaceful taking the paddle board out in the mornings.

This is a beautiful waterfront home. Inside, it was clean and comfortable, with all amenities included as advertised. Great home for families, as the kid's corner is fun, and there's lots of fun to be had on the property for kids. The hot tub worked great and was clean. The large windows provide wonderful views of the water, and the deck is a great size to enjoy the view from outside. The location is generally about ~15 minutes away from stores. Highly recommended for a getaway!

What a great stay - didn’t fully understand or appreciate “lake life” until we stayed at this house. The views are stunning, the private dock is really cool, lots of stuff to play with like kayaks and a big Lilly pad for kids. The house is adorable, very well decorated, spotlessly clean with comfy beds and nice linens, and extremely well equipped including a chemex and French press for coffee, lots of cooking tools etc. overall a great stay.

Cozy retreat is an understatement. This place was great. Exactly as described. Peaceful and quiet surroundings. Would for sure recommend to anyone looking to escape from the norm.

Thank you Katie for an awesome stay. We enjoyed spring break at the lake! Our kids had a blast in the pool and we caught some big fish!! Memories were made that will last a lifetime time AND Katie was a super kind host. She kept the pool clean everyday we were there and had the house stocked with towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash. There was dish soap, sponges, paper towels, trash bags, detergent etc. and we’ve stayed in a lot of places that don’t supply these things. Thanks so much Katie! We will be back!

We loved our stay on the lake. I loved the area. It was a great place to take walks and enjoy the outdoors. Our boys really enjoyed the kayaks. The house was really close to so many places and activities in the Charlotte area.

We enjoyed our stay at the Wylies retreat. The home was very spacious. The kids enjoyed the hot tub. Overall our stay was a 10/10. Will be returning
