Our stay was great! Our son is stationed there and Lynn’s place was so close to him.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is as described and pictured. We appreciated the amenities and cleanliness around the apartment. The bed is very comfortable and the towels were plushy and cozy. The kitchen has all the appliance you will need. You can’t beat the beach access in this place, I loved that it was north or the tourist area which made it more quiet and peaceful. We would definitely book again.

Super clean. Comfortable bed and furnishings. Well equipped kitchen and great location. Host was very responsive and attended to every detail. We had a wonderful weekend.

We loved the location. Very short walk to the beach, and short drives to restaurants, grocery stores and shops. The bed I slept in was super comfortable and the living room furniture was also comfortable for reading or watching TV. The kitchen was well equipped. The keypad entry was really convenient and easy to operate. We really enjoyed our weekend stay.

Absolutely beautiful! Clean, comfortable and gorgeous view! The beds were comfortable and spacious. Upgraded bathrooms with excellent water pressure. Fully stocked upgraded kitchen with quality appliances and everything you need if you wanted to cook. Easy quick drive to Busch Gardens, Williamsburg, Newport News and Fort Eustis. TV’s in each bedroom and living room that were easy to use. The back yard view was our favorite. We enjoyed waking up to the view every day! Highly recommend!

Stayed here for a weekend fishing trip. Everything was great! Very serene and beautiful surroundings, the house fully equipped with everything you need to go fishing. We even went out of our comfort zone and tried out the canoes. It was an all-around good experience. The location is not too far from beaches great restaurants, and also a casino. For a small intimate family gathering. The Host sent an extensive and well thought out list of everything you can think of, from to how to get there & what to do when you’re there also he was very responsive.

My girlfriend and I had a great stay! Would highly recommend. Sue was very accommodating for any issues around the place and very easy to communicate with. Would love to stay again sometime!

The house was clean and in a good area. 4 Large Bedrooms with comfortable beds. And had good sheets - I know that sounds picky, but sheets do make a difference! Plenty of room to park and also a 2 car garage. Great fenced in backyard. Phillip was very quick to answer any questions. And listen to this - the main question I had was about what had to be done when I left. Because his instructions were basically lock the doors and I couldn't believe it. Had a great stay and will probably be staying there again.

What drew us to choosing Elenny's place over others was the description of "Relax & Heal Cottage Near Ocean & Forest Retreat" -mostly the 'relax & heal' bit. We came down to attend a dear friend's funeral and were hoping to find a place to stay that would truly provide us with the simple yet profound healing and relaxing elements the area has to offer. Perfect location. The sunsets were absolutely beautiful. If we weren’t at Busch Garden or Water Town, we enjoyed the pool and did some fishing right from the back yard. We will definitely stay again when we are back in the area.

Mary was a fantastic host this weekend for my brothers Bachelor Party! Property is perfect for larger gatherings with plenty of sleeping space and community areas like the beach and firepit. Would highly recommend this property for people visiting the Williamsburg VA area!

We loved this place! We have stayed in Cape Charles many times and this is one of our favorite places. The beach chairs are a nice touch and the place was very clean. Plenty of space for the entire family and the master bed was extremely comfortable.

I have nothing but positives to say about this place, the location, and Merlyn, it was all just perfect! From the clear, friendly and helpful instructions prior to arrival, the sign greeting us in the parking lot saying "Welcome Teigre family", to discovering that there was coffee in the kitchen for us in the morning (we weren't sure about this, but that's really great when you get in really late the night before), to our boys playing ball on the beach (beach toys available in the gym), my wife and I enjoying our coffee on the beach in the morning, to our friendly chat as we bumped into Rick & Merlyn, the hosts, all through to our check-out. Driving downtown was a 20 minute easy drive, we spent quite a bit of our time there, so it was nice to stay at a place on the beach. If we ever come back to Norfolk, VA, we would love to stay here again and we can highly recommend it and its wonderful hosts for anyone who comes to the area!

Great place to stay and enjoy the Virginia Beach area! The suite was spotless and very well decorated. Nice outdoor space, and even a balcony to enjoy the sunshine. Loved the quick walk to the beach (She even had some great books available that we took advantage of)!The host was very gracious and kind and our stay was seamless . Just a helpful suggestion: it needed a few more basic items like additional hand towels/kitchen towel ( one was not enough for us three girls), and another accessible mirror for getting ready would be super helpful! Besides that, we all agreed that we would come back for sure! Thank you for a great stay!

The place was centrally located. Clean, quiet and the perfect size. Very enjoyable stay.

The condo is well appointed with everything I needed. Kingsmill is a special place. Rodica was very quick to reply when I had a few different questions. Very comfortable bed and reading chairs. Top notch.
