We are also pet friendly (incurs additional charge). Parking is available and we're a 10 min walk from the station. It's located just off ‘Bishy Road’ (voted Britain’s best high street) with independent shops, pubs, restaurants, cafes & delis. You can also rent the 2 houses next door (109 and 107 Nunnery Lane allowing bookings of up to 18).

Relax & enjoy this home away from home! Located just off Clifton Green in a small terraced cul-de-sac. It’s just a short walk down the wonderful tree lined street of Bootham to York city centre ( approx 15 minute walk). Close proximity to the shops & excitement of York, but tucked away from all the hustle & bustle. With Clifton’s village like feel, the local area has a small but well stocked supermarket, gift shop, farm shop, butchers, cafe, tearoom and pub all within a 5 minute walk.

The property is situated in the Groves and is a 15 minute walk from York Minster. For guests staying between the 1st December and the 6th January the property will be seasonally decorated.
