Our 200 year old spacious one bed cottage offers all mod coms, including king size bed with 100% eco bedding. The modern bathroom offers combined bath/shower. The kitchen is well equipped and leads out to an outdoor balcony with views. The cosy living room offers plenty of seating, Smart TV and a fire.

It’s just a short walk down the wonderful tree lined street of Bootham to York city centre ( approx 15 minute walk). With Clifton’s village like feel, the local area has a small but well stocked supermarket, gift shop, farm shop, butchers, cafe, tearoom and pub all within a 5 minute walk.
