We enjoyed our stay very much. The home was exactly as pictured and very comfortable. Our boys loved the upstairs room with the two twin beds (although if they were smaller I might have worried about them on the stairs, as there is no railing for the last several steps). We loved the cozy fireplace and the hot tub, and enjoyed not having to use our car at all once we arrived— plenty to see and do in walking distance, including a nice park for the dog and kids. Thank you for hosting us!

this home is truly an escape. the minimalist and modern decor feel soothing and peaceful. we loved waking up with the sunlight filtering through the beautiful trees surrounding the home. we appreciated how clean and welcoming the place felt. we were just traveling through and didn't get to explore the area but just enjoying the restful home makes us want to go back.

Keisha's place was perfect for our family gathering! The kitchen is well supplied for food preparation and cooking. Refrigerator and appliances were clean and ready to use. Beds were very comfortable, with plenty of space for 7 guests, including 3 children. We especially appreciated the wonderful selection of books, toys, games, and indoor activities for kids. Our grandchildren had so much fun! The ambiance is wonderful, with peaceful local views of trees and greenery through the large windows, and so many house plants. The location is within walking distance of "downtown" Grass Valley and yet it is quiet. Thank you very much; we hope to return the next time our out-of-town family returns for a visit.

the little house was perfect for us and our dog. In town, but above the main hub. The house is as described. the charm of the "old bones", in the floor, doors, and simple decor, was a good fit. We enjoyed walking everywhere and taking our pup with us. A very dog friendly town.

We were delighted with our stay at Bluebird Cottage. Jo Anna and Mark were both extremely nice and welcoming, and the cottage was super clean and very comfortable--we felt at home right away. The view from the cottage is lovely and if the weather had been better during our stay, we would have spent a lot of time on the generous porch. Instead, we cozied up on the comfy couch and window seat, enjoying our books and the great cottage library. We really appreciated having a well-equipped kitchen to prepare meals, and the muffins and bread Jo Anna and Mark made for us on the first day were amazing! The cottage is quiet and peaceful, and we enjoyed exploring nearby Nevada City and surrounding area trails. We look forward to staying here again someday!

Great location near businesses and safe surroundings. Very pleasant space with a lot of architectural charm. Would definitely recommend especially if relying on public transit like I do.

this was my first airbnb in Oroville I would come back and stay again. Great location to all my needs. The host communicated with me and met all my needs, even the early checkin which I 150% appreciated. I understand it can't always happen but it worked out that it was able to. It really shows they cared about us. thank you. Hope you like a soft bed... I slept great but my husband did not. I thought it would be the opposite. Just makes as look forward to returning home to ours after our trip. over all amazing place and host you will find joy in your stay with how personable they are with their guest. thank you for making our visit to Oroville special.

Peggy was a wonderful host. Great location, short walk to downtown and near to hiking trails. Fantastic private back yard to relax in. Very comfortable and clean unit and we appreciated the extra attention to detail and care that Peggy put into her place. We would highly recommend staying here and hope to be back again. Amazing location in downtown NC!

Very new, very comfortable, close to everything you need, beautiful neighborhood. As mentioned in other reviews it is a little loud at times but if you just shut the window it blocks out all of the outside noise. The town has a noise ordinance at night but they need one in the morning ! Kitchen has everything we needed to cook breakfast and have coffee and tea. John is a great host and made it very easy for use to enjoy the beauty and rich history of Nevada city. Cheers !

Great stay. Carol was super responsive and very sweet. Bedroom and living space were very comfortable for my toddler and myself. The grounds provided plenty of room to roam. Very quick, pleasant walk to Broad St. Thank you so much, Carol!

Great condo for our family of 4. Very clean and cozy. Owner put lots of thoughts in the house appliances and decoration. 5 min walk to library, grocery store, pizza, movie and restaurants.

As luck bf as you understand that the hospital is across the street, it’s great. Nice size, parking clean and everything you need. Would stay again!!

For Marysville, and for the Bok Kai festival, this is a pretty good place to stay. Yes, it's a little janky of a neighborhood, there are people yelling at night on the street, a car alarm repeatedly goes off, and you hear sirens because you're situated next to a hospital. BUT the place itself had everything we needed, which wasn't much tbh, didn't feel haunted, tap water tasted okay, didn't hear neighbors, and I really appreciated the private parking spot. It's just a few blocks away from the temple, very walkable. Ear plugs and single pane windows didn't help me, a light sleeper, very much, but tbf Bok Kai weekend is a series of almost nonstop firework bombs so I can't complain too much.
