Cheap car rental companies are just one street away as well. I believe in energy efficiency, and so tenants in my units pay their own electricity. The unit has two air conditioners and if they're used 24/7, this will add to costs, as Mexico employs an escalating electricity scale from 0.7-8.5 pesos/kwh. The more that is used each month, the higher the applied rate. At the start of each stay, a rental representative will show the initial meter number, and the number at the end of the stay. The difference is to be paid in cash at a rate of 4 pesos/kwh. Please conserve energy if you can. Laundry is free for guests staying a week or more, but must be activated at the front desk. Small building fee charged to short stay guests. If you want late check out, and it conflicts with the next check in, or the cleaning schedule, Carmen Sol Rentals reserves the right to charge $20 extra for the cleaning service's inconvenience. The Villa is composed of three bedrooms, two of them have a king size bed with a full bathroom (one with bathtub) and the other has two queen beds with a shower room separated. We have a TV room with a sofa that can be used as a bed. Fully-equipped (TV, Wi-Fi, kitchen, oven, freezer, coffee machine, fans, air-conditioning in each room, washer/dryer) with a beautiful “palapa”, garden an a private swimming pool.
