This air conditioned, romantic furnished studio apartment includs free WiFi, LCD TV with satellite programs, well equipped kitchen and private bathroom. Apartment is situated in historic centre of the town and is only 1-minute walk from UNESCO-protected Šibenik Cathedral St. James and a 2-minutes walk from Šibenik's harbour and marina. The Šibenik Banj Beach can be reached in a 10-minute walk. Šibenik Bus Station is a 5-minute walk away and the beautiful Krka waterfalls can be reached within 10 minutes by car or public transport. Apartment has a view on gothic renaissance church St. John of the fifteenth century. Numerous restaurants offering traditional Croatian cuisine, caffe bars and shops are located in the immediate surroundings. The room rate is based on 2 guests but maximum occupancy is 3 guests, extra bed can be put in the apartment and is extra charged.

There are several restaurants (50m away) and cafes (30m away) in the vicinity. The apartment is on the first floor of the house. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a kitchen with a dining room, a bathroom, and a living room connected to a spacious terrace with a view of the garden, the sea, and the islands. A charming brand new studio apartment in a family house that is located directly on the beach. Here you'll enjoy the peaceful surrounding, a charming garden with Mediterranean herbs, and the barbecue area with the lounge, while having possibility to walk to the beach in front of the house literally in your swimsuit. An ideal vacation spot for the couples or friends, while baby bed can be provided upon request. The studio is located in the backyard of the house, and has the private entrance.

Our house with 4 apartments is located in the small town Zaboric, located on a hill with fantastic views facing south and sea. The beach and the little harbour, as well as restaurant and snack bar is in walking distance (300m). Each apartment is fully equipped, i.e. kitchen, TV and WLAN exist. Each apartment has a separate terrace/balcony with great views. A grill/BBQ for everybodys use is waiting outside. There is a parking area in front of the house. Aircondition is available upon request.
