Service-appartementen in Zambezi River

Well serviced apartment in a good and quiet location just outside the hectic city centre. My only complaint would be that it's hard to have a good shower. The host and staff are super helpful and friendly.

Andrea place was absolutely lovely. Set off the main round in a peaceful setting with farms and nature and yet still close to the city and all the shopping/amenities one needs. Andrea was super flexible and a great host. I would definitely recommend Andrea's place for those that like to be removed from the hustle and bustle yet close enough to be able to access it when needed.

A beautiful and spacious apartment with idyllic and private garden plus fully equipped kitchen, in a secure and quiet compound. The hostesses are very friendly and responsive, check-in is flexible. We stayed at this place with our family twice already and would definitely stay again if in Lusaka.

It was a great location and Gilbert was a great host who made me feel at home and was always available.Will definitely be back.

Home away from home with beautiful big garden and lovely private gardens. Fantastic amenities and finishes. 3 small dogs on the plot that are too cute and very friendly. Staff is very friendly and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at home. Very easy to get along with. Gilbert & family made me feel like part of the family from the beginning and introduced me to enough people to make feel like part of the community. The house is a walking distance from a strip mall with great restaurants, grocery store, bureau de change, ATMs from major banks and a club. The connecting roads are great for running and walks. Would recommend

As a family with two young children, aged 4 and under, we recently had the pleasure of staying at Tanaka's Airbnb. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the space was not only good but also felt like a home away from home for our little ones. Tanaka was an excellent host, always available to assist us with anything we needed during our stay. He was quick to respond to our inquiries and went above and beyond to ensure that our family felt safe and comfortable in the space. We appreciated the extra touches such as child-friendly amenities that Tanaka provided, including toys and books for our kids to enjoy. The safety features in the apartment were also a big plus, giving us peace of mind that our little ones were secure. We highly recommend Tanaka's Airbnb to any family traveling with young children. We stayed at the apartment while on transit in Lusaka and had a comfortable stay . Charity was helpful with the check-in and ensuring we had everything we needed. The place is a tad far from the CBD but within 15 minutes drive to most malls . There are a couple of restaurants in the vicinity.

Prime location, close to top shopping centers, restaurants, and lounges, making it a great home away from home. Despite having backup power, frequent outages and low water pressure were occasional challenges. On the positive side, the gas stove proved useful, and hot water was always available. The staff were friendly and extremely reliable. Overall, a great place to stay!

One of best places I stayed at so far. Very clean , 24/7 electricity with backup electricity.

We had a very nice and cosy stay. The house is very spacious and has a beautiful small garden, which we very much enjoyed. The area is quiet and there are good restaurants in a walking distance, which is a plus when you don't have a car.

Whiteson is a very gracious host - very friendly and quick to respond, happy to chat and give recommendations for things to do. The suite was exactly as described and the garden area is beautiful. I have never lived in a city where loadshedding/power cuts are a frequent occurrence, but backup lights are installed for when power cuts do occur, as well as a backup for the internet which is handy. The dogs took a day or two to get used to me but were all extremely friendly (especially you Coco!). Would recommend Whiteson as a host to anyone looking to stay on the east side of town, great value compared to some of the other listings. Would come back!

I stayed with Whiteson when I was last in Lusaka, in 2019. I was pleased with Whiteson's responsiveness and organized accommodations then and I remain pleased. The Woodlands neighbourhood where Whiteson lives is fairly quiet which is both good (for safety) and sub-optimal (for amenities close by). Since I was last here, there has been some increased commercial development in Woodlands with the new Lewanika Mall. Also, travel without a vehicle has improved with many drivers on the Yango app. Although I somewhat wish Whiteson lived closer to the city centre, ;-), this remains my preferred location to stay in Lusaka.
