Vakantiewoningen met hottub in Zaton

Zeer gastvrije familie. Locatie is perfect, vlak buiten de zuidelijke poort van de oude stad. Bushalte, bakker en kleine supermarkt op 2 minuten lopen. Hoewel de kamer niet groot is, hebben we dit geen moment als storend ervaren. Alles is brandschoon en het terras met uitzicht op de haven is een perfecte aanvulling. Echt een aanrader!

Absolutely stunning! We spent a week at this gorgeous villa. Our hosts were so welcoming and friendly. We were 4 adults and 2 children so made use of the 3 spacious bedrooms all with en-suite which was very convenient. Every little detail was so well thought out, the amenities in the kitchen were fab, everything you could ever need! The outside space is beautiful and so private. The location is great, really close to Dubrovnik and the surrounding villages. The pizza restaurant over the road is delicious and some small shops locally had everything we needed to cook at the villa. 100% recommend!

This is a very good place to stay, right near the bustling bay of Dubrovnik, with a very good view and basin view. Not only that, the host is very nice. We arrived very late, and the host's father greeted us at the door. The next day, he also introduced us to the interesting story and history of the house. Table tennis is very convenient, and we also barbecued in the courtyard. The facilities in the house are very new and convenient, and the hot water is very sufficient. Let our journey in Croatia have a wonderful end. Thanks to the host for providing us with such a good place!!!

We had such a wonderful stay at Sanja’s apartment with our 2 young children! Dubrovnik is all hills and stairs so the apartment was mid way down a hill on a stair passageway and clearly numbered so easy to find. We were able to use a parking spot at the top of the hill which was convenient! The apartment is just beautiful with a view to match with a gorgeous patio! Absolutely stunning! Has a secure entry way, good wifi access, comfortable beds, everything inside was modern and clean. Kitchen has necessary cooking items and we picked up coffee, soap/shampoo, and groceries nearby. We could walk to the old town and there were restaurants, grocery stores, cafes, etc within 5-10 mins walking distance to the apartment. Laundry on site was great to have and our kids loved the jacuzzi tub! Highly recommend this stay! Thanks Sanja!

Sanja’s place was exactly like the photos. It was lovely and peaceful and breakfast on the veranda was idyllic. Even though it was very quiet, there was so much to do nearby and it was a great location. Finally Sanja was very responsive to our messages and helpful!

Just returned from a week at Vacation House Pietra & I’m so glad we chose this accommodation. Both the house & host have been exceptional. The property is beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, & perfectly placed in a peaceful spot in picturesque Cavtat old town while being conveniently close to all amenities. Our host was friendly, efficient, & even helped arrange our airport transfers (thank you Paola!). All in all a fabulous experience - I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to others.

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit in Matos Apartment! Die Unterkunft war in einem top Zustand, sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und extrem sauber – man hat sich vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Ein besonderes Highlight war der Whirlpool, den Mato extra frisch für uns vorbereitet hat. Mato selbst war ein hervorragender Gastgeber: immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und bemüht, unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Man merkt, wie viel Herzblut er in das Ganze steckt. Wir kommen definitiv gerne wieder – absolute Empfehlung!

Sve super osim sto su u jednoj kupaonici u tušu bile dlake, te nije bilo gela za tuširanje ni u jednoj kupaonici. Noćili smo samo jednu noć pa nismo to puno zamjerili.

A fantastic apartment, spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything we needed. Veselko was a great host, communication was excellent, a warm welcome and really helpful recommendations. There are a couple of small supermarkets and some good restaurants in Zaton, within walking distance of the villa. The hot tub and views over the bay are amazing. We had a car and enjoyed visiting Dubrovnik, Kotor and Mostar. All of these places are very accessible from Villa Tina. Would highly recommend staying at Villa Tina.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hedra V. It was a fabulous space for the 6 people in our party and we had everything we needed. As a party of 3 couples, we really appreciated each having our own en-suites. The location just outside the old city wall was exceptional and the view from the balcony stunning. A short 5 minute walk and we were within the old city with all its splendour and beauty and some excellent restaurants within a 10 minute stroll. The villa has a delightful patio area, but it would have been great to have had 6 sun loungers. While not directly related to our accommodation, a highlight of our trip was a sunset cruise from the old harbour.

Clean and fresh with a good pool area and very comfy beds. Rina was a lovely host who made us very welcome. The house is high above Dubrovnik old town and just beside the main road to the airport. Steep walks to amenities and tourist attractions and also steps down and up to pool and a steep internal stair.

Mara was an amazing host, very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The villa was great we enjoyed the view, pool and hot tub. In fact we enjoyed spending our days around the villa. Mara introduced us to a local taxi gentleman Marco who was fabulous and recommended restaurants and boat trips and days out. If you don’t have a car use Marco.

WOW! Fantastic holiday for our family (six adults and two children)! Villa Joe has EVERYTHING you could possibly need/want in a holiday and the pictures really don’t do it justice. Bedrooms and en-suites were all spotless including all the cot bedding making it a home from home! The main attribute to this stay was Amila.. she was responsive to all queries and provided everything from welcome cakes and wine, facilities for my baby ( cot,high chair and bath!), advice on restaurants and goodbye gifts. Nothing was too much trouble and made us feel so welcome! Tips - villa really is walking distance from the airport taking us only 15 minutes to walk with three cases and two children! With this said planes takeoff in opposite direction so no noise! Ubers into local cavtat 10ish EURO and 25ish EURO to Dubrovnik.. both worth a visit! Is a lovely local restaurant in walking distance (domestico) and small shop.. we did a bigger shop via Uber no problem too! We shall be back!

The villa was just as advertised ( including the steep walk up from the waterfront ) and the directions clearly understood, fantastic for our family. We very much hope that we can return one day and would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Wir reisten mit 12 Personen (6 Pärchen) und einem Baby an. Das Haus war für so viele Leute perfekt ausgestattet. Uns fehlte es wirklich an nichts. Wenn wir doch noch etwas benötigten, konnten wir Ante problemlos kontaktieren und er hat dafür gesorgt, dass wir die Dinge noch am selben Tag bekommen. Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt wenn man einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub machen möchte! Das Haus liegt etwas abgelegen in einer Bucht und man hatte jederzeit die Möglichkeit im Meer schwimmen zu gehen. Für so eine große Gruppe stellte das Einkaufen leider ein kleines Problem da. Der nächste große Supermarkt ist ca. 50min von der Unterkunft entfernt. In der Nähe gibt es nur kleinere Supermärkte, in denen man aber ebenfalls alles bekommt. Wir haben schon einige Airbnb‘s besucht, wir würden dieses Haus aber auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!!!!

The stay from start to finish was amazing and we felt so at home during our stay. The family are incredibly kind and responsive, providing welcome food and drinks on arrival, fresh produce during the stay, and a gift on departure. The villa itself has everything you need for a family holiday with indoor and summer kitchens, comfy bed, pool and hot tube. It is exactly as described and the views top it all off. Shops and restaurants are a short drive away, but plenty of options nearby. Would definitely recommend and would love to return.
