In such places, the first thing a person sees after waking up in the morning is a deer right outside the window or, at night, a sky full of stars overhead. For that our lodges are perfect prepared with ski wardrobe, shoe dryer, infrared Sauna, hottub, Terrace & private parking space. Villa-Larix ist ein Holz-Haus mit ganz besonderem Wohn-Ambiente. Das Holzhaus haben wir gebaut, um Wohn-Gesund und auf das Wesentliche begrenzt an einem erholsamen Standort leben zu können. Die meisten der Materialien kommen aus Deutschland und einige Eichenhölzer stammen sogar aus unserem eigenem Oberlausitzer Wald. Ihr könnt den Sonnenuntergang direkt am See bewundern und Euch richtig erholen. Bitte beachtet, dass ihr aktuell mit Baustellengeräuschen in circa. 150 m Entfernung rechnen müsst.

The whole house exclusively located in Bory Dolnośląskie on the outskirts of the city. From the gate you go straight to the forest where there are beautiful bicycle and walking paths. House equipped with designer furniture, art. Fully equipped kitchen. Closeness to nature, wild animals, beautiful music and a fireplace. For cold evenings in the garden there is a hot tub and sauna. Welcome to our 250 years old house, where we turned an old barn into a guest room with small kitchen corner and a private bathroom. Our apartment also has a separate entrance, so full privacy is guaranteed. Private parking. Liberec is just 20 mins drive, Zittau center 15 mins, Jizera mountains 30 mins, Luzice mountains 15 mins. Many interesting places within 30 mins drive. Cycling track just in the village, great cross country skiing tracks and ski slopes within 30mins.
