Can't say enough great things about Jonathan and his place! We loved staying there, felt right at home, we were there with 5 kids and there was always something fun for them to do, swimming in the pool and hot tub, s'mores by the fire, pool, air hockey, pacman was a hit, basketball, and lots of games, books and movies to choose from. There was plenty of space to spread out and feel comfortable and Jonathan added so many thoughtful touches to our stay - greeting us with an Apple Pie on the kitchen counter, a bowl of chocolates in the entry way and plenty of coffee. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, there were plenty of towels for showers and swimming, life jackets were supplied. The kids said they wanted to move there : ). Need I say more? haha

We had the best time. We loved the sun room. we stayed in there the most. Would definitely rent again

This house was perfectly located close to Disney and other attractions. Checking in was easy and communication was great. The pool was excellent. My daughter almost preferred to leave Disney early to go back to the house and get in the pool. The home was very private, quiet, and peaceful. Plenty of room for large families!! We will definitely be returning in the future.

Wonderful Stay in Tampa! I recently had the pleasure of staying in Ryan’s fantastic 4-level home in Tampa, and I can't say enough good things about it! The neighborhood was vibrant and welcoming, with plenty of nearby parks and local shops to explore. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a clean and spacious home that exceeded our expectations. Each level offered ample room for relaxation and socializing, making it perfect for our group. The decor was modern and inviting, and the amenities provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our visit. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Tampa. I can't wait to return!

The most unique air bnb stay we have experienced. We loved the outdoor setting and how colorful it was. Very fun for our bachelorette group to celebrate. The hosts were very communicative and attentive to our questions/needs. What some people do not understand about some air bnbs is that not everything is going to be perfect and that is perfect enough for us :) So for the few negative reviews on here.. seems like people are just complaining so they can try to get money back for no reason. If you don’t want to spend the money, go find a dirty cabin to stay in for cheap 👍🏻 ☺️. This was such an adventurous spot and we loved it. Especially after learning the history of the area, it made it even cooler. Thank you to our hosts!!! -Rachel

We had a great time at Matthew and Melissa’s place. It really was the prefect spot for a getaway with our kids. The neighborhood is beautiful and in a convenient spot to explore the rest of Tampa and the surrounding area. It was amazing having such a nice park and playground literally a stone’s throw from the house. And the house itself was classy, comfortable, clean, and our kids never wanted to leave the pool and patio area… a pool to swim in, a nice shady table for snacks, AND a TV for the occasional Bluey. What more could a kid ask for? And Matthew made it so easy for us: great communication and incredibly helpful. I can’t recommend this place highly enough.

Aaron is an amazing host that truly cares about what is happening with his guests. We had a little trouble with our travel and Aaron went above and beyond to accommodate us when things went out of our control. The home is very nice and exactly as described. It was clean and looked well kept. The beds are extremely comfortable and the home is spacious. I will definitely book with Aaron again if I am back in Orlando!

We went to Tampa for a business trip, but didn’t want to stay in a hotel. We chose this place because of the location on the water and the kayaks. We spent almost all of our time on the water and fishing. The house was located close to everything you would possibly need, but once you were out back you forgot you were close to the city! The hosts were super responsive anytime I messaged with questions. The house was very comfortable. AC was cold. Comfortable bed. We would definitely stay again!

The house was the perfect size in the perfect location for everything we wanted to do in St Petersburg. I would come back.

We had an Amazing stay at Janet’s place! My two grandchildren loved the pool and the lake! We fished and swam and even took our paddle board out on the lake! Janet and her Family were so very kind and Friendly! The kids loved seeing all the animals! Janet was even gracious enough to take me and the kids on a ride around the property to share some stories with us and we stopped to pick ripe mulberries from their tree that were Delicious!! We Absolutely Loved our time at the farm! Hope to be able to stay there again in the future.

We stayed for 6 nights while in town for our daughter’s wedding. Lovely historic home! Was spacious and clean, with nice little extras in the kitchen. Perfect location.

I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience with an Airbnb! The house was beautiful and was exactly as described. It had all the comforts of home and made our holiday easy and worry free. The outdoor patio with the fabulous pool was definitely a highlight! I would recommend this place to family and friends, and even hope to return myself someday.

A friend and I unfamiliar with the area spent one night to attend a concert. The place was as described. It had off street parking. Was quiet and comfortable. St. Petersburg was charming. It was in a historic area with some brick streets and alleys. Beautiful homes large and small. A vibrant area with access to so much. Loved it.

A few things really stood out to us in the best way possible! The host went above and beyond with thoughtful touches we didn’t expect—like complimentary drinks, a fully stocked bar with the essentials, and even mini cupcakes! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub, which made our stay even more relaxing. The binder of recommendations was super helpful—it included great local spots to eat, nearby attractions, and things to do in Clearwater, Tampa, and St. Pete. We also appreciated the clear instructions on how to use the pool and hot tub heating system. Overall, it was a fantastic stay! P.s. you might find a hidden secret treasure too! I did 🏴‍☠️

We always have a blast when we stay at Kaarla's Studio Zen! I look forward to our trips down to Dade City to visit our daughter at St. Leo U. Studio Zen is just around the corner and has such a cool fun vibe to it. And I'm always artistically inspired to draw and create when I'm there! Look forward to our next visit! I may just come down by myself and spend a week drawing and enjoying the serenity! Many thanks Kaarla! And we have STILL not seen Pearl!?!?!

The House was very nice . We had a few mis haps but when I reached out to Victor he was very helpful and sent help to fixed the issues !!! Overall we had an amazing stay and would definitely book with him again !!! The price is definitely well worth what we paid for !!

Love the house for my little family. Nice and neat. Received it very clean. The host was very nice and respectful. He’s responsive in case of anything. He was very welcoming as well before we got there and provided us with instructions. Easy check in process. No complaints. Would love to visit again!

In town for a few days for my Son’s birthday, and booked this place so the kids could have a pool to enjoy during down time. The kids and I really enjoyed the place. The place can use a few updates and cleaning, but would definitely book again. The area and quiet. Mohammad was friendly and responsive!

This is the second time we have stayed at this location because we enjoyed it so much the first time! Geoff & Mitchell are super responsive. The house has everything you can imagine for any of your needs, whether for cooking, linens, pool, grill, etc. An awesome vacation all around again for us! Definitely a 5-star experience!

Cheryl's place was great for our family of three. Clean, comfortable rooms, plenty of space, light filled, perfect AC, all the supplies one can think of in the kitchen, bathrooms. Very nice, clean, generously sized pool and back yard were one of reasons I picked the place and it was very enjoyable. Garage filled with towels, beach chairs, swimming goggles, swimming / beach toys. Cheryl thought of everything! Easy location for the Tampa Bay area. Definitely recommend!

House was set-up well for multi-family stay with kiddos aged teenager to toddler. Lots of thoughtful amenities throughout the home to make your stay comfy and cozy! Appreciated items for the beach and for kid play! Lots of space and options for sleeping and areas to hang out indoor and outdoor! Everyone one slept well and complimented that it was a great space! No issues and host was responsive for any questions👍 Our family enjoyed our first trip to Tampa and we would stay here again!!
