I had an amazing stay at Nuri’s place! From the moment we arrived, Nuri was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He’s very passionate about life and travel, and it was truly enjoyable hearing him share his memories of visiting Times Square and the many other countries he’s explored. He also went above and beyond to provide us with helpful recommendations and even brought us extra cooking pans when we needed them. The apartment itself had a beautiful view from the 17th floor and was located in a very convenient area, right next to the Merter metro stop. There’s also a Migros market nearby, which made it easy to pick up anything we needed during our stay. I also want to take a moment to mention that during our visit, a 6.2 earthquake hit. It was a terrifying experience for me and my fiancée, but we are so grateful that the building was earthquake-resistant. It remained very strong throughout, and we felt safe staying there during such a scary event. Thank you, Mr. Nuri for everything.

I had a really great stay. The place and hospitality were both excellent. We had a pleasant stay.

Me and my husband spent 7 days in Mamati's house. Check-in very Easy, even we were late Mamati waited for us. The house Is an old-ottoman house with everything you need, Is very well located in few minutes you have bus 99A, 55 and the line T5 witch will connect you easily with different parts of the city. the house has around good places for breakfast , restaurants and shopping. On top of that the view from the house and terrace Is top!

I rented a house for two weeks. It is the center of Balat - around many delicious restaurants and small shops. Seyda and her family are very helpful. They helped me with everything. I had a problem with the nanny, and Sayda helped me solve it. They also make transfers to the airport. Communication with the host was as comfortable as possible: any shortcomings were corrected within a couple of hours. I am very satisfied.

the moment I arrived he made sure to give me instructions very detailed and welcomed me warmly and everything was as described and everytime I annoy him with questions he quickly respond which is very very good manners , I highly recommend his place especially with that price

Well located , clean and quiet. The perfect match to discover this area walking up and coming down. The Hamman , sauna and the pool are a big plus for rainy days.

We loved our stay in the apartment, felt like home, great view, friendly host, bus 100 m from apt directly to Hagia Sofia - Grand Bazzar area. Lots of shops, places to eat and life of Istanbul all around the apartment. We had a parking spot assured. Would recommend and re-book it.

Erhan has been a great host and provided easy and straightforward instructions and advice. Was very responsive to our questions and requests too. Would definitely recommend his place to anyone who wants to stay in a homely environment instead of a hotel.

Thanks to Kerem for me check in early and telling me how to take the metro from the airport to the apartment. The apartment is quiet and you can hear the birds singing. Within 15 minutes' walk there are parks, cafes, restaurants, currency exchange, supermarkets, buses and metro.........

Furkan bey iyi niyetli bir arkadaştır. Her sorumuza sabır ile cevap verdi sanki yıllarca tanıdığım bir arkadaşım gibiydi. Eviniz bulunduğu yer güzel ve sakindi. Sakin olmasının yanında ulaşımı çok rahattı. Sadece biraz yokuş vardı ama İstanbul yedi tepe zaten çoğu yerde yokuş var. Teşekkürler Furkan arkadaş.

het appartement is prachtig, heel gezellig, een echt thuis. goede uitvalsbasis midden in het stadsrumoer. heerlijke douche, twee ruime slaapkamers, ruime woonkamer. in het weekend is er savonds wel muziek te horen. geen dreunende techno ofzo maar wij hadden een liveconcert met turkse fluit en gezang. best mooi. dat moet je dus niet erg vinden. vanaf een uur of 1 is het stil.

We had a great time at Nilufer's apartment, she is a great host! The place was clean and had everything we needed it (a kitchen chopper would be useful :))). Many shops and place to eat nearby the apartment. Easy access to the bus/metrobus (it takes 30-40 minutes to the historical center). The parking spot was so useful! It's difficult to find parking places around the building/ in Istanbul.
