Vakantiewoningen met buitenterras in Zipari

Ich habe mit 3 Freundinnen in der Unterkunft übernachtet und hier einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht! Dimitris und Stella haben und sehr herzlich empfangen - nicht nur, dass wir am Abend vom Hafen abgeholt wurden, Stella hat sogar traditionelle griechische Gerichte für uns gekocht, die ausgezeichnet waren! Sie haben sich noch Zeit genommen, um uns unsere Fragen ausführlich zu beantworten und waren auch danach die ganze Woche über sofort erreichbar. Wir haben uns in dem schönen und sauberen Apartment sofort sehr wohlgefühlt - es hat an nichts gefehlt und wir können die Unterkunft nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

A brilliant place to stay in Massouri. The view and balcony is perfect, you're right in the heart of everything with restaurants and the beach. The bathroom in particular feels luxurious, every room spacious and what you need. Foetini is a fabulous host.

Das Haus von Ilias liegt wunderbar ruhig, abseits der Touristen-Hotspots, aber dennoch nah genug an allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Für unsere kleinen Kinder gab es extra Spielsachen. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet. Und der Außenbereich war einfach herrlich zum Entspannen. Ilias hat uns mit Gemüse und Wein versorgt. Einzige Minuspunkt, die vielen Moskitos, die es trotz umfangreichem Schutz an Fenstern und Türen irgendwie ins Haus geschafft haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder wenn wir nochmal nach Kos kommen sollten.

WOW. This place is stunning, we're already planning a return trip as soon as possible. Probably the most beautiful pool/view combo I've ever experienced, along with an exceptionally comfortable and well-stocked Airbnb. Communication was excellent, and I can't think of anything to improve on at all. If you're thinking of booking, do it.

Ev merkeze yakın ama aslında köy hayatı yaşamanıza izin veriyor. Sabah horoz sesleriyle uyanıyorsunuz akşam yıldızları seyredebilirsiniz. Açıkçası kos ta gezmekten çok evde vakit geçirmek keyifliydi. Mutfakta yemek yapmak için tüm olanaklar var temizlik sorunu yok evde çamaşır makinesi bulaşık makinesi mevcut. Malzeme alırsanız dışarda yemenize gerek yok. Aslında eski bir ev bazı eşyalar da eski ama çok keyifli. Bolca tabak bardak var çok kişi kalacak olursanız da. Üst kattaki teras da çok keyifliydi. Markete vs gitmek için şehre yaklaşmalısınız ama bence şehirde kalmaktansa burası muhteşem. Biraz fiyat fazla geldi bize ordan puan kırdım sadece:(

Das Airbnb ist einmalig. Es liegt in einem verlassenen Bergdorf in Ruinen mitten in der Natur. Man ist dort meistens alleine. Bzw alleine mit Schafen, Ziegen und Katzen. Es ist wunderschön, abseits vom Trubel und man hat viel Privatsphäre. Donnerstag bis Sonntag ist in der Taverne direkt nebenan Livemusik. Das ist schön, aber wirklich laut und geht bis 2-3 Uhr morgens. Darüber wurden wir aber vorher informiert. Klare Kommunikation und kein Minuspunkt, man sollte sich aber bewusst sein, dass es an diesen Tagen laut wird. Ansonsten hat das Airbnb alles, was man braucht. Einfach, aber schön. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche auf Kos und kommen gerne wieder. Ein ganz besonderer Ort, dem ich jedem empfehlen würde!

Great place to stay! The location is ideal, easy walking distance to the crags, beach, and town (theres also plenty of parking on the top road, a short steep walk from the house, though we only actually got a car a couple of days as so much was accessible without). The airbnb is very comfortable, well equipped and with a great terrace, and Skevos is a super host - going the extra mile to give us a lift from the ferry and provide us with some local delicacies. Highly recommended :-)

Eleni is a great host and we absolutely loved our stay! The apartment equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay. It’s 5 min walk from the beach, restaurants and stores. The area surrounded by the most beautiful beaches. Don’t miss out the giros place in Kefalos “Souvlike”. Very recommended place

The host was very responsive and always tried to help if we asked something. A very nice apartment right in the city centre with everything on a walk distance to you. A lot of fun souvenirs shop around you and very lovely places to eat The Airbnb was clean and perfect for two people.

The apartment is exactly as described and photographed. Very comfortable mattress & pillows. Shower hot and good water pressure. Kitchen had all you would need for breakfast and lunch, you may struggle to cook a more complex meal due to the size but there are plenty of nice restaurants within walking distance so this was no problem. If you are a coffee person then you will enjoy the Mokka pot & cafetier provided. USB plug sockets either side of the bed. The Aircon worked perfectly but the apartment was pretty cool so not needed very often. The hosts kindly swapped our towels and bedding midway through our stay which was a nice extra. We rented a car from the adjacent business which is owned by the hosts father, very good deal if you are staying in their Airbnb. It is worth noting the owner and their family live below so you may hear some noise from the family, it was not loud but something to be aware of and be respectful of the noise you are making.

Irene und ihr Mann sind sehr freundlich und kümmern sich liebevoll und ordentlich um Ihre Gäste und Apartments. Obwohl alles schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, hat die Unterkunft einen ganz besonderen Charme und einen wunderschönen Ausblick! Alles in der Nähe was man braucht: Strand, Supermarkt, Restaurants.

Sûrement le meilleur Airbnb dans lequel nous avons séjourné : appartement très propre, correspond à la description, literie confortable, 2 terrasses privées avec de la vue, très bien placé à 10mn du centre, calme, super super bien équipé, très pratique quand on voyage léger : serviettes, serviettes de plage, shampooing, après shampooing, lave linge, il y a tout ! Clim, rangements, Netflix, wifi, tout pour se préparer à manger et tout le nécessaire pour le petit déjeuner du matin, le luxe ! Et puis il y a Dina & Maria, à l'écoute si besoin, d'une grande gentillesse qui nous ont super bien accueillis : conseils, horaires des bus, carte de l'île et des petits cadeaux qui nous ont permis de profiter pleinement de nos vacances. Vraiment le TOP DU TOP, vous ne pourrez pas mieux tomber. Encore merci Dina & Maria pour tout, votre appartement ainsi que votre accueil ont été un réel atout pour des vacances réussies.

Appartamento corrispondete alle descrizioni date dall’host Dimitrios, che ci ha accolti all’arrivo, pur essendo passata la mezzanotte, ed offrendoci anche pita e souvlaki, che è andato a comprare personalmente. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, grazie alla presenza costante dell’host, di suo padre Vassili, ed alla gentilezza di Kassim, proprietario del Caffè Retrò, situato di fronte all’abitazione e comodissimo per colazione, spuntini veloci, ouzo serale 🤩 Abbiamo sempre trovato parcheggio per l’auto in strada, spesso davanti a casa. In sintesi, sistemazione molto consigliabile.

Sehr schönes und sauberes Appartement in Tigaki mit riesiger z.T. überdachter Terrasse. Gute Ausgangslage für Unternehmungen auf der Insel. Parkplatz war in der Nähe. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Vielen Dank an Despina und ihre Familie.

I highly recommend staying here! My stay was great and I have no negatives. Everything was perfect from the room cleanliness to the location. The family hosting was very kind and helpful. I will definitely be staying here again. :) no complaints.

Wir haben auf der Durchreise eine Nacht in Rikis wunderschön und liebevoll eingerichteter Wohnung genossen. Ihre Gastfreundschaft ist grandios, sie hat uns auch Taxis und Transfers organisiert und Tipps für Restaurants gegeben. Wären wir in Kos geblieben, dann sicher in Rikis Casa Verde!

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed - even an electric grill in the kitchen. The terrace was perfect for enjoying sunsets, and the area was quiet and friendly with shops, a great bakery, and a bus stop nearby. Murat was a fantastic host - always available and full of great local tips. We felt very welcome and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

It is a very comfortable flat, with everything one needs supplied. It felt like at home as all the amenities were really thoughtfully provided. Its rococo style decoration gives the home a cheerful character. Kitchen and bathroom is spotless clean as the whole flat itself. Manolis is reachable within few minutes and check in is perfectly easy. Thank you to Manolis and to his wife!

Perfect place with the perfect host. Stamakis was so helpful. Communication with Stamakis was fast and efficient. We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, big enough and comfortable, pretty close to the center by walking. There was tea, coffee and even wine available. We didn’t want to leave the apartment. Highly recommended.

Saskia and Janni were on site every day, very approachable and responsive to minor problems. The apartment was comfortable with everything that was needed for an easy enjoyable stay.
