My newly remodeled Duplex is located in Sun N' Lake Golf Community. We live in the SNL community and Airbnb 1 side of the duplex and have family stay on the other side during off season. Lake Home Near Sebring International Raceway

What other great way to enjoy the sunshine state then to spend time on a Great Historic Lake in central Florida! The house has a spacious layout, having the master bedroom on the first floor, and the second floor having its own living area along with the other three cozy bedrooms. The play room is off the garage and is climate controlled separately from the house, where you can play pool, foosball, air hockey, corn hole or a game of cards. The hot tub is through the game room inside a Gazebo.

Step away from the pressures of life and find refreshment and rejuvenation at our brand new, private 2/1 guest house tucked back down a quiet country dirt road. (Please note, we do NOT have a TV, but we do offer Wifi.) Relax around the fire pit in the screened-in porch. Watch cows graze beneath the oak and sweet-gum trees. Smell magnolia blossoms in the evening air. Listen to the call of whippoorwills and the howl of far-off coyotes at night. Enjoy the morning sunrise over the pastureland.

Super comfortable Midcentury Florida cottage. High end complete remodel for 2025. 3Bed/2bath on beautiful Lake Sebring. Fishing boating skiing on clean water. Stunning Florida sunset views that you can enjoy from everywhere. Inside or the back patio, private dock or by the lakeside firepit. Every comfort of home. Smart TVs in every bedroom and internet. Even a Camper hookup. Close to the downtown circle as well as shopping and restaurants. Nothing like it. You just need groceries.

The Grovehouse 2 story barndo with huge yard

This is a relaxing two story apartment that you will have to yourself. We built this shop in 2019 for our citrus grove caretaking business. The apartment is in one end of the shop. There is room to spread out so bring the family with you. We have a foosball table upstairs and other games. Our place is in a quiet rural area where you can see sandhill cranes, pileated wood peckers and gopher turtles. There is no TV but we do have wifi so come unwind with us!

The master has a tile walk-in shower & doors leading to a secluded deck. Split floor plan as the second bedroom has a private entrance and bathroom with shower. The gardens surrounding the home have quiet sitting areas for unwinding after a long day, and a fire pit area.
