Hello Warsaw I Stunning Apartment above the Theater

Make your stay in Warsaw an unforgettable one in this elegant, spacious and uniquely decorated apartment. Located in the heart of the city, close to museums, galleries, shopping, restaurants, and the historic Old Town. The decor is chic and whimsical with a theatrical theme, an homage to the historic local theater that is housed in the courtyard below. A perfect place for business travelers, couples, small groups of friends, or theater buffs. You will love the ambiance, light, stylish decor, and peaceful, yet central location. Fast internet (up to 150Mb/s) ideal for online work and Netflix. This charming apartment has lots of character and features two bedrooms with new queen-size beds, a large living room with original fireplace and tufted sofa, a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table and bathroom with claw-foot tub. There are high ceilings and wooden floors throughout, and a large wardrobe for storage. The decor is chic and whimsical with a theatrical theme, an homage to the historic local theatre that is housed in the courtyard below. A perfect place for business travelers, couples, small groups of friends or theatre buffs. You will love the ambiance, light, stylish decor and peaceful, but central location. I enjoy hosting people from all around the world and have been an Airbnb Superhost for two years at my other Warsaw apartment (‘Apartment Palace of Culture View’ and ‘Charm of Old Warsaw’) I added this property because of its superb location, access to public transport and historic character. If you love theatre and the arts, this is the perfect place for you! Always ready to communicate with the guests. I live in Podkowa Lesna which is about 30 km from Warsaw. I am always on offer and happy to help my guests. My guests can feel free to contact me whenever they need during their stay. I send my mobile number right after I receive a reservation. I'm available on other communication apps too. I'm also ready to arrive to Warsaw if it is required. The apartment is in a building with a small theatre downstairs. Sometimes before a performance it is possible to walk along the red carpet in the courtyard. There is a lot of parking space around the building, especially comfortable along Orla street which is very close. The apartment is located 3 min to the metro station, 4 min to the tram and bus stops. I want my guests' stay in Warsaw to be really exceptional:)

Welcome to my apartment in the very heart of Warsaw! It's on the Chmielna street with plenty of restaurants, shops and cinema. Best location to start sightseeing or just feel the life of the city. It's a few steps from buses, trams, subway and train station. The apartment has one big comfortable bed and sofa bed, bright fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and balcony. I offer kitchenware,microwave, iron, washing machine, high speed Internet (300 Mbps) and over 130 satellite TV channels.

The shopping center&shops very closed (Varso, Złote Tarasy). Kitchen, bedroom equipped completely. Two big rooms and separate spacy kitchen with bed, spacy bathroom with WC and additional separate WC, big hall.

The most beautiful street, after rebuilding changed into wide promenade with glass-covered placards of Canaletto's paintings of 18th century Warsaw. We offer you two-room flat to feel atmosphere of historical Stalin time with furniture, telefone and clock. Everything reconstructed as before. FAST WiFi.

Next to the Old Town, the Royal Castle, Presidential Palace and the Opera House. Metro 10-15 min away. Refurbished in the style of old Warsaw with the brand new furniture.
