Welcome to my apartment in a beautiful Haussmann building, carefully designed with an architect and interior designer. Ideal for a couple and 1 or 2 children. The apartment is on the 3rd level on a pedestrian street with all the stores a foodie can dream of. Two metro lines 2 minutes away and a third one 10 minutes away make Paris and beyond very easy to access. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Paris - very nice neighborhood, well connected but not directly in crowded tourist areas

Kitchenette équipée, séjour avec canapé-lit (couchage rapide), salle d’eau et WC (lavabo, douche et toilettes).

It is a well-maintained, bright, painted in 2024 with a new kitceh . very quiet and comfortable studio, in which I live all year round. Between the Batignolles and the Arc de Triomphe, the view from the 6th floor (without elevator) overlooks the roofs. It has its own shower room, toilet, and kitchenette. Entire rented accommodation for 1 careful person, I insist on the careful side…
