Vakantiewoningen in een loft in 1st arrondissement

What a great little studio in the heart of le Marais!! The apartment is on a quiet street in the midst of a bustling neighborhood with tourists but also lots of locals, many of whom became recognizable to us after a week. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped, though the bathroom and loft might feel a bit cramped for someone nearing 2m/over 6 ft. We were there during a particularly warm week, and the apartment stayed comfortable thanks to its north-facing window and a fan. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to groups of two or a couple with a small child.

Wir haben Familie im 19. Arrondissement besucht und das Appartement war in fußläufiger Entfernung und deshalb ideal dafür. Sehr gute Anbindung mit Metro, Haltestelle direkt vor dem Appartement. Manchmal hat man Metro Geräusche in der Wohnung gehört, dafür kein Straßenlärm, Blick in Hinterhöfe und kleiner Ausschnitt vom Eiffelturm sichtbar. Wohnung war sauber, alles vorhanden für einen Städte Trip und ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen für Pariser Verhältnisse. Keine Geräusche von Nachbarn. Kommunikation von Matthieu lief gut und unkompliziert, hatten durch Flugausfall verspätete Ankunft, war für ihn aber kein Problem.

Amamos a casa de Catherine. A casa tem muita personalidade e acomodou muito bem nossa família de 7 pessoas nos 3 quartos. O banheiro e a cozinha são reformados. Há também um lavabo que ajudou bastante. O chuveiro é muito bom. A sala é muito ampla e ideal para descansarmos e confraternizar depois de um dia de passeio. A cozinha é muito boa e tem todos os utensílios. A máquina de lavar também foi muito útil para uma estadia longa. Catherine é muito simpática, nos recebeu muito bem, fez nos sentirmos em casa e foi muito flexível com o horário de check in. O apartamento é amplo, silencioso, iluminado e aconchegante. Conforme descrito no anúncio, são 4 andares de escada, o que pode ser difícil para quem tiver problemas de locomoção. Fica a 3min da estação de metrô (Goncourt) e 10min da estação République, que dá acesso a várias linhas. Há muitos restaurantes, mercados e padarias nos arredores. O bairro é seguro e tranquilo. Com certeza ficaremos novamente no apartamento de Catherine.

We had a great time here. The beds are very comfortable and the location was amazing. The area was filled with many cafes, bars, and restaurants. Despite how busy this part of town was, the place was very quiet at night in the apartment. The only downside we experienced was the laundry. We stayed for two nights and could never get access to the shared laundry because it was always in use. The machine takes 6 hours with each load, and the neighbor did many loads, and you are not supposed to use it overnight. So every time we looked, which was every time we were in our room, there was already a wet load turning in the machine. We had hoped to wash one load to catch up on laundry but never could.

This place is lovely! The hosts are incredibly thoughtful and responsive. I would tell anyone to stay here with full confidence that their expectations will be exceeded. The location is superb and easily navigable.

We are a multi-generational family of nine, ranging in age from five to eighty-one. All seven adults and two children had a wonderful stay. Emmanuel was very helpful as we planned our trip, giving us information about places to eat that would take a large group, and providing an extra bed in one room (so 5 year old could sleep in with her parents). Everything one might need to make meals was available in the kitchen. The living area is spacious and the dining table was big enough for all of us. This Airbnb is located in a very residential neighborhood, but close to shops, cafes, two metro lines. We walked to Eiffel Tower and Rue Cler. For us the location and the accommodation were ideal. We would chose this place to stay again.

We spent 10 amazing days at this Paris Airbnb, and it exceeded our expectations! The views were stunning, and the location was perfect—close to great eats and metro stations. The host was fantastic—very helpful and attentive. We felt really cared for throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Paris. We’d love to return!

Place is as described. Lots of space despite we had two adults and two children ages 12 and 8. There was a queen bed, a twin bed and a twin bunked bed. About 8 minutes to/from a Metro line 5 station. A couple of grocery stores nearby metro station (Aldi and Carrefour City) as well as a kebab restaurant. Washer and Dryer are also available. Vladik was flexible with our check-in and allowed us to check-in early and instructions were provided in advanced. Location is also in a quite neighborhood area. We walked late night (after 9PM) a couple of times and seems to okay. Thanks Vladik for hosting it was a great stay!

I would stay again and have already recommended to friends. A fantastic penthouse with excellent light and a super cool layout. The location was really quiet at nights & mornings too. The location was incredible: on the border of Le Marais has access to amazing eats without the noise. A 20 minute walk gets you to 1/3 of prime Paris.

Great apartment. Rare to find something on the ground floor. Great for my parents to not have to go up and down stairs. Exactly as described. Easy to self check in. Owner was very responsive to any and all questions.

Richard was the most incredible super host I have ever dealt with, and his loft in Paris was my favorite of any place I have stayed! The loft is a 15 min walk to Notre Dame or Louvre, but is nestled in a wonderful non-touristy neighborhood with locals and amazing restaurants. The loft is very quiet, within a building and past a courtyard. Beautifully appointed with artwork, 2 separate beds (door closes for one) so lots of privacy. And the common area is spacious and relaxing after a long day of walking the city. Roomy bathroom with shower (and washing machine!). A sizeable kitchen if you feel like cooking, but also large refrigerator for all your yummy leftovers. Richard communicated great pre-trip, personally met us upon arrival & showed us around the local area, sharing history and great recommendations. During our 2 week stay, if we ever needed him, he would respond within an hour. And he personally ensured we got to 2 different train stations when departing Paris. Incredible!

As a family of 4, we stayed at Vero's place for 3 days. The loft is exactly as in the pictures: beautiful, very clean and furnished with a lot of taste, in all details. It also smelled very good. There is everything you need for a weekend or a longer stay. It's well located in a quiet street and public transports are at walking distance. Shops, restaurants, bakeries, bars in the neighborhood. Vero is very responsive and friendly. We really felt at home. We'll surely go back. Merci Vero :)

Vorig jaar stond dit appartement in onze toplijst dus dit jaar weer bezocht. Wederom top. We voelen ons echt thuis bij binnenkomst. De woning is gelegen in een levendige buurt maar daar merk je niets van: de woning is gelegen aan de binnenplaats. Dit jaar ook gebruik gemaakt van de beamer voor het thuisbioscoopgevoel. Ook ontdekt dat buslijn 96 stopt voor de deur en je direct naar het stadscentrum leidt. En bedankt Emile voor de heerlijke koffie!

Do not hesitate to book this amazing place in the BEST LOCATION!! Just stop looking and book it and be treated to an amazing guest experience. Groceries, metro station, bakery, restaurants, bank ATM, farmers mkt (2x per week) just minutes away. Literally minutes! It was fantastic, best location ever!  On top of all that, the host was truly amazing. She checked in on us many times and she gave us so much help with questions we had, whether it was how to buy certain groceries or how to get to a certain place, how to use the metro, etc. All those questions that come up when you are traveling, she was always there to answer. The beds are very comfortable. The lighting is good. The little dishwasher was great. It was nice to have a clean, large refrigerator with some coffee pods and a nice Nespresso machine as well as teabags.  We enjoyed having a washer/dryer in the bathroom. The shower was very clean, great hot water supply. There was a towel warmer that also had a warming fan.
