There is no central heating or air conditioning, but heater and fan are provided. The house is 25 minutes from the beaches of Comporta, Melides, Sines, etc. Fiber Internet.

Accessible by foot (181 steps) or via a vehicle operated by staff for check in and out, the house guarantees absolute privacy. The house is separated in two structures, and offers an escape, where the hustle of cars is replaced by the presence of nature.
