On the second floor, you have a spacious terrace with views of the sea and its one-of-a-kind sunsets. For the afternoon heat, you have access to the pool, and additional features will be added soon.

This is a perfect hideaway located on an estuary at the mouth of the Pacific Ocean. The views are incredible! Complete with a pool, kitchen, air conditioned bedrooms, and an acre of private property. Personal taxi service from airport or Managua to the property for an additional fee.

Casa Abierta is safe & secluded - just 20 min. from Managua but feels far from the heat and noise. Deck has gorgeous views & house is open plan w/ loft, kitchen, living/bedroom. Lots of screens for airflow, so it's very cool. Accessible to Managua in charming rural village next to forest walks on trails with views & wood-fired hot tub. *Note: Our place is extra peaceful because we *do not* have WiFi!
