Unique Apt in the Marais/Beaubourg

The perfect place to discover Paris. Our spacious 70 m2 are situated next to the famous Centre Pompidou in the city center of Paris. You can easily discover the whole town on foot, lots of sites are near-by. We are located on the first floor (no lift, but only one flight of stairs) in a pedestrian area without traffic. Sleeping is very calm. The neighborhood though is lively with lots of cafés and restaurants around. It will be a pleasure for us to provide recommendations for a happy stay!

Sa localisation centrale, ces commerces, ces restaurants et ces cinémas. Transports en communs aux pieds de l’immeuble ( métro, bus et taxis) des places de parking payantes sont disponibles dans la contre-allée en bas de l’immeuble.

Appartement rénové, calme et avec une vue dégagée sur. Le métro (ligne 6) est situé au pied de l'appartement. L'appartement comporte tout l'équipement nécessaire au confort d'une personne ou d'un couple. Veuillez noter que je n'ai pas de four micro ondes ni de télévision, et que l'appartement est situé au cinquième étage sans ascenseur. Également, c'est réellement mon appartement et non un bien uniquement loué. Sur demande, vous pouvez disposer d'un parking.

From the window you can enjoy a magnificent view embracing all the mythical landmarks of Paris such as the Eiffel Tower, Notre-Dame Cathedral, Sacré-Coeur in Montmartre... The legendary Hollywood movie backdrop of Parisian rooftops comes alive over here.

L'appartement est composé de 2 pièces et possède 3 grandes fenêtres. Il peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes. Il n'y a cependant pas de porte entre le salon et la chambre. Il se situe au 3ème étage sans ascenseur. Au rez de chaussée se trouve un cabinet d'orthoptie qui est ouvert dans la journée.
